We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe entry to the apartment building could use some upgrading. We were also confused with the description of the room as we thought it was a double room but was really a single room with a double bed.
The owner was super friendly, very responsive, and helped us with transportation whenever needed. The location is close to the historical district, and convenient if you want to be close to the port or tours.

United StatesIt is located in the middle of the historic district, so it can be loud. The elevator is tiny, and you need coins to use it. Every trip is 10 cents. Not sure if this info is explained in the description of the property, if not, it would be good to have it there
The staff was very friendly, the room was of a good size with a big bed, and the bathroom was comfortable and clean. It looked like it was recently renovated. It is located in the middle of the historic district, which is perfect because there are a lot of good restaurants and things to do nearby. It is located on the 3rd floor, so the view from above is great. The apartment also has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for having a cup of coffee.

Location - very close to the station. Service - The owner, Anna, was super friendly and really accommodating.

BelgiumNo reviews for this b&b, for a simple reason: it is brandnew. In the heart of the old city, so the income and stairs of the apartment block are a little bit messy, like everywere in Napoli. But don’t panic: the two rooms are nice, clean, bright, with everything you need. A nice balcony also. The street (the legendary Staccanapoli) is a little bit noisy, according to the spirit of old Napoli. We enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city very much!
