A bit of a weird smell behind the bed where the bed board was, unsure why but used a spray at times to try combat the smell.

The hotel is a little remote from the nearest town, with few facilities nearby. Limited bus service, so would recommend hiring a car.

Breakfast offerred a good selection and variety of food. The evening menu was a little limited, but the food and drink was all good to excellent. We found the staff very helpful and welcoming and tried really hard to please. We cannot fault the service provided. The hotel seems to be a favourite with Italians, but had many nationalities staying.

At night there was loud music from a nearby karaoke place, we couldn´t sleep. Dinner wasn´t very good. The see and beach are dirty.

Pool was very clean and warm. Staff were constantly cleaning the pool area. Friendly staff who will make you drinks on request. Huge bed, in a large well stocked room with great balcony. Their restaurant was excellent, with a lovely view of the sea. Their breakfast was also very good.

The location would be fantastic IF they offered a shuttle from the Tarquinia statzione. The buses do not take you to the property so we had to walk a mile with 2 big Checked bags and 2 carry ones and a personal item. NOT IDEAL to start off a trip. :(

The surrounding area is very messy and dirty, everything around the hotel is old and worn out. Inside, everything is fine.

A bit difficult operating the hot tub and the outdoor furniture was difficult to get in and out of.

Its off season in that compound, and it was odd to see almost no one around when we came in. Nothing else going on around the hotel in the office season. No coffee or kettle in the room. Hotel is above average in decor and facilities, but not super luxury either.

The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Ana was a sweetheart and made us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately although the breakfast was generous with a variety of foods there were cut fruit and vegetables with mold.

The attitude of the staff and the service was kind even though we arrived late at night. The room was large, clean and spacious.

The fridge in the rooms was very small and cooled poorly. Breakfast was monotonous, but there was always something to snack on to start the day.

I liked the pool and the garden with sun loungers. The rooms were also very nice.

The hotel was lovely, the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. Our room, a family room, was huge, divided into two sections with two bathrooms which made our teenager very happy as he had his own space. The room had a mini-fridge, a safe, a coffee machine and air-con. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was great and breakfast was a really good buffet spread. The restaurant was good too. It is literally a stone’s throw from the beach, and also a public beach is very near too, just a couple of hundred metres along, so the choice was either to pay to hire a sun umbrella and sun loungers (€21 a day) or walk down a little and not pay at all. The beach is nice, with dark volcanic sand and it was clean and well kept. The little hamlet that the hotel is in is very sleepy which suited us fine. All in all a really lovely stay!

I thought there were restaurants walking distance or other stores. I also thought the historic center was walking distance. The description needs to say by car. The restaurant not open for lunch. Food offered was very expensive & not the best. However for breakfast it was phenomenal.

Facilitoes was excellent, great location. The staff super helpful. No restaurants near by, so only the one at the facilities.

Swimming pool was closed and this wasn’t communicated prior to the stay. But the hotel team provided a free dinner for this as compensation.

The food at dinner was tasty, but could have been more carefully prepared- it wasn’t hot enough. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. A surprising lack of towel rails in the bathroom.

It’s close to Rome airport, there are interesting things to do in the area. We arrived in the rain (it rained all the time), and as a beach resort, this place would be at its best in fine weather from late spring to late autumn. The beds were comfortable. It was excellent value for money. There Is a wonderful archaeological museum in Tarquinia itself (a 15 minute drive from the hotel).

Being picky, a room with a "sea view" should have more sea view than just a slice. Most of the view was actually the back of the next building. Otherwise, it was good.

Everything was clean, amazing stuff, we fell in love with Stefano and Cristen We are vegetarian and the chef in the restaurant made special dishes for us. The pool and the pool area were spoteless.
