Booked property thinking it was free parking, but it’s paid up until 8.30pm - only €5 for a day so it didn’t bother us too much!

Central location, gorgeous room exactly what we expected. Host was quick to respond to all queries including parking and self check in was simple. Very well priced for one night.

Pietro is extremely helpful, ready to help out day and night. The room seems recently renovated, sparkling clean and the highlight was the antique furniture pieces. Location reachable by foot from the train station. Wished we could have stayed more.

Very central, clean, safe, quiet, best place to rest. Lot of space, room and bathroom, somehow stylish and inside a typical palace of Liberty/Art Nouveau style. Piero, the host, really nice and helpful.

It’s a shared kitchen which is very small and didn’t have much equipment for three rooms, we only found a bowl and a platter. The table blocks the stove so we decided not to cook.

The location is perfect. The contact person was very helpful and accommodating. The room is one of three and it’s only up six steps so easy with luggage. Anna, the cleaner, was very friendly and helpful.

Piero, the host, is very kind and helpful, always available to help us with all kinds of things. The location is good, in the city center, one or two minutes walk away from the Cathedral. The room, though has limited space, clean and comfortable. I will return.

Excellent communication, flexible with arrival time and bicycle/pannier storage. Fantastic location. Bed was super comfortable. WiFi was very good. There is human & vehicular noise from the street (the window is over the sidewalk in room #1), but it got very quiet by midnight on a Saturday.

The place is sparkling clean, in a fantastic area in the heart of Messina, with plenty of attractions. I did an error in the booking process, and Piero, the host, was super supportive and helped us. Any time I will be in Messina, I will definitely stay here.

No outdoor area & depending on day & time of stay, free street parking may be difficult although not impossible. May have to park further. Understandable as most of inner city Italy has limited parking. So, this isn’t something owner can change. Just mentioning for guests to know what to expect.

Location. Owner/Operator very kind, accommodating & accessible! Clean & renovated facility with old charm of old tiles & super high ceilings in an old Messina Palazzo steps from the Cathedral, Port, Central Station & all other historic & significant sights in Messina. Easy & quick access to Autobahn to Taormina and other sights around Messina & Taormina. Snacks provided!

You need to be very 'technological': without WApp and online banking it would have been a bit difficult to manage chek-in and payment. Piero, and therefore credit card payment, available only in certain hours of the day, which did not necessarily coincide with our presence. The seat of the toilet in Room 2 needs to be fixed.

Ideal location, very central and yet in a quiet street, just a few steps from the Duomo, the seaside and the pier whith the cruise-ships, moreover very close to cafés and restaurants. The rooms are located between the ground floor and the first floor, which makes them easily accessible. Room big, very clean and quiet; bed and pillows confortable; electric roller shatters; tea and coffee facilities in the room, with some snacks and proper cups and mugs; mini-fridge with bottles of water; internet connection very good and fast (which allowed me to attend an online meeting without any problem); air conditioner new, like the rest of the furniture; bathroom very clean, with a big shower. The system used to collect your keys is simple (a box beside the housedoor): the host (Piero) will send you a video to show how to use it. He was invisible but always available (by phone and WApp) and very helpful.
