It could be cleaner and furniture could be refreshed, not changed, taking in account what it represent.

When we arrived and chack in we got a room at the last flor with small window and air condition didn't work. Tomorrow we asked for another room, and got decent one. We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Location is grait, far of busy town and neer at the same time. Neer to the Boboli garden. There is a free parking. Basic breacfast.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past 20 years. The bathrooms need some renovation to modernize these. The single bed sheet and only one tiny pillow per person takes away from the cool villa experience.

The breakfast in the courtyard was delightful! Great to have espresso machine on site and good breakfast options.

The breakfast is acceptable but it can be enhanced.

Very well located for visiting Firenze, while searching also to have a parking spot for your car as well as some fresh air around. The location is 20min walk from the Pallazzo Pitti, 5min away from the entry in the parco Boboli, e 30 min walking from the Duomo while passing the most famous bridge in Firenze.

Fan in the ensuite bathrooms were soooo noisy!

Location was great as just outside Florence's ZTL area and a comfortable walk into the heart of Florence. Parking on site in the gardens Breakfast was included Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms and ensuites were a bit tired and old fashioned but had a certain charm.

Great location, easy to get around and into center of Florence, the hotel is in quiet location surrounded by lots of trees and close to the Bomboli gardens. The breakfast options are very good and offered in a beautiful garden. The staff was welcoming, accomodated to our requests and very helful to provide information . The room was very clean

There was no water in the room and no way to make any coffee or tea for ourselves. Also no ironing board or iron. If we wanted water we had to ask at reception but it was all chargeable. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to pay for water on top of the room cost so I was disappointed by this.

The location was fantastic. Close enough to walk to everything but just that little bit outside the center that meant it was peaceful and quiet. The room was large with a nice seating area upstairs.

- be ready for mosqitos! There are generally many in Florence....but there were also a few in the room. My husband could not really sleep.... :( i would suggest having repellents that you can put in electricity sockets - bath was quite small without shower curtains

- perfect location, walkable distance to old town - green area + hotel has a green garden too where you can sit and relax - private parking for free > this is a big benefit in Florence! - hotel with a charm, rooms with 4-5m ceilings, old school vibe, quite wide & comfortable beds - nice and welcoming staff - hotel provided baby bed for free

Worst hotel breakfast EVER! Just beige processed items from the supermarket, packet croissants, plastic ham slices, cheap cereals…terrible! Such a shame given all the lovely fresh produce available in the local markets. Rooms felt like they needed a deep clean. Hotel felt a bit old but tired and shabby.

The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence, so convenient for accessing all the sights. Nice to be staying in a quieter area away from the centre. The hotel has parking on site. Reception staff were very friendly.

breakfast really needs a rework: industrial juices, cakes/pastries from supermarket, choice is very limited. we really did not enjoy the breakfasts. this should be a priority improvment for the hotel. just for this reason I would not recommand it. lots of dust in the rooms (bathroom, underneath the bed, on the tables near the beds).... beds are made daily but during the week we spent on site the dust in bedroom was not cleaned once...

Large room with bed area on mezzanine and full size lounge room and bathroom on main floor. Gourgeous high windows - open the shutters for light and tree and avenue outlook. Great sleep. 250m to Porta Romana city gate and the rest of the old city. Easy to find; and park on site. Professional, helpful, friendly staff. Easy drive/access to all parts of Tuscany. Stayed 2 nights, would happily stay again.

The breakfast would need little bit of vegetables and a slice cheese maybe? The cleaning was poor - hovering the carpets and proper dusting in between the guests is really a base and I doubt it was done properly before our visit. Not talking about the everyday cleaning that could be done on demand only.

Lovely historical vila changed for a hotel. Little bit worn out but it gives it the nice patina feeling that goes alone. The staff is really kind and helpfull. The position is perfect - it is situated in a calm neighborhood but walking distance to all the historical sites.
