Very unique and quite special. Great breakfast. A kind host. Easy access to Florence by car or bus.

Unusual property next to the river. Staying in the tower was a novelty. Very easy to get the bus into Florence.

Could have done with tea/coffee being available in the room. The vibe felt somewhere in between being in someone’s home and a B&B. We didn’t really relax. The bikes in the description were all old / in disrepair. I used the only one of four that worked, but we both had hoped to use them…

We stayed in the charming tower room. We had a view of the gushing river as it had been raining a lot. The room was very private. The bathroom was big and outside the room down 3 spiral stairs, but it wasn't a shared bathroom. Parking was outside the properties gate but secure. We enjoyed our stay.

The stairs going up to our room were steep spiral stairs. So probably not good for people that have trouble with stairs and large suitcases.

Amazing breakfast and great location out of town but near bus stop. Host has lots of great info on local attractions

Some confusion with time of check in. Fortunate to make it but emails didn't come through booking to let me know of information which was a shame.

River view was beautiful and so was the garden with big trees. Room and bathroom was clean.

The family dog was eating a dead bird next to breakfast table. Breakfast was simple Tuscan breakfast but sometimes there was dog hair in the food. Garden path didn’t have lights so in the dark I stepped in dog poop and had to spend half hour washing my shoes.

We stayed in the tower room which I would recommend. A stone building decorated comfortably in period style, it was the most charming bedroom we had on our 6 week Italian holiday. The adjoining bathroom is in a more modern style. The whole property oozed charm, even the front gates. It was lovely to hear the running water outside our bedroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We dined out in the garden with fellow guests. Our host spoke several languages and was very helpful with directions to the B&B, which is near the final stop of an easy and cheap! bus trip from Florence. If you have the chance and if weather permits, have dinner at the nearby outdoor Social Club.

My own fault-I should have anticipated some mosquitoes with all that water around. Repellant was available if required.

The B&B is a stunning building right on the river, the room we stayed in was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom had a nice shower. It was wonderful to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Claudio is friendly and helpful and the breakfast each morning was great with lots of choice. There is a bus stop at the top of the road making getting around easy.

    Nothing, everything was perfect

Claudio was a wonderful host! He invited us to a festival in town and was very accommodating. The B&B is very stunning, we loved the very special room in the tower that we stayed in. We could use the bikes to ride to the city. Also the breakfast was very delicious and had a great variety. Would definitely recommend staying there!

It was beautiful by the river and had such a homely feel. Our host was so helpful in local advice regarding Firenze which was very easy to access from the B&B. All this with an exceptional breakfast.

This B&B is enchanting, the room we had was beautiful. It was clean & towels were provided. We had a great view of the river & could hear the water rushing by. There are sockets by the bed. There were enough clothes hangers & hooks for clothes & coats. Bathroom was large enough & shower had good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of sweet pastries, bread & various jams, cereal, eggs, meats & cheese etc. There is a bus stop about 6 mins walk from the B&B that takes you to the centre of Florence in 30 mins. It's a little out of the way, but the experience of this B&B is worth it. Claudio was responsive over text & welcoming in-person. We enjoyed our time there & wish we could've stayed for longer.

Wifi was patchy & reception wasn't much better. It made planning our day a little difficult.
