Would rather be able to control the air conditioning in my room rather than call the front desk to have them adjust it. Not many restaurants in the area if you didn't have a vehicle. Would be nice if the staff spoke at least a little English since it's a fairly good size hotel for this part of Italy. Hotel restaurant ran out of food item on the menu daily.

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to highway. Food market was within walking distance. Hotel restaurant for dinner was good taste wise.

We stayed here one night in July before flying out at the Rome airport. Literally just off the A1 so very convenient for our needs. Plenty of parking, great breakfast. Very clean room and large bathroom with free toiletries. We did not eat lunch or dinner there but it was offered. Air conditioning is not controlled in the room but you just need to go to the front desk to ask for it to be cooler or warmer. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Go the town of Anagni if you are staying here. We went there for dinner and it is a must see!!!

Unfortunately, when we arrived, they had a very large wedding at the hotel, the parking lot was full and we could not park at the hotel. There was nowhere to sit or eat so we left and went up to the old town of Anagni for lunch and dinner. We returned to the hotel in the evening and it was nice and quite with plenty of parking.

Excellent location just off the autostrada, but without any traffic noise. We were traveling back home to Tuscany after a visit to Puglia, so this was a perfect location to stop for the night. It is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. We travel with our small dog so it is nice to find hotels that welcome them. There is a large garden area at the back of the hotel, which is great to walk the dog. Breakfast was included in the price. It is only a 15-minute drive up to the old town of Anagni which is very nice and certainly worth visiting. We would certainly stay here again.

We had 2 issues. Firstly, the pool was closed because there was a birthday party the night before and they didn't get to clean it. In the morning we walked by the pool and really there were glasses and empty bottles everywhere. Another unpleasantness was at breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant when a whole busload of tourists had left. The counters were practically empty and nothing was brought. One of the employees kept smiling at us, but when we asked for fresh bread, she only took some slices of toast out of the package. There seemed to be some trouble finding enough staff.

There were no hit drinks facilities in the room and no water. The breakfast hot drinks were served from a bar so had to continue to ask and on occasions wait for someone to come and serve.

Hotel was far from anagni, breakfast was not good, not enough hot water for tea or coffee available, scrambled egg was not heated and unless you come early, will be either cold or absent.

We arrived late and the receptionist first told us we already checked in and eventually found our keys and checked us in. Then when we am to the room and it had the bare minimum. Per the description the room was supposed to have a balcony and a view. It had no view and no balcony. Also the fitness center was not accessible, even though it was advertised. The room was supposed to be sound proof but we could hear almost everything the neighbor said and it was loud in the evening and early in the morning.

It was right off the highway.

Air conditioning was stuck on 27 degrees so we were very warm. Had to open the window but then mosquitoes got in and a wasp nest right by window.

Location was handy but no views. Breakfast was good but had to ask for coffee.
