Great location, kitchen available for all. Great comunication. Clean rooms.

Wish there was small fridge in room. Even tho there was big fridge in kitchen which was available for all.

Very good location, 5 minutes walking to the restaurants and shops and on the other side also short walk to lungo mare. Apartment, as well as other shared premises, is very clean. It is very easy and fast to communicate with the owner.

I didnt like that their online check in required to give a photo of me and my passport

The place is great- clean, easy to access etc. What bothered me was the self check-in. You are being asked to submit your data: passport photo, a selfie with you holding the passport (super weird- isn't that what is being asked when you try to request a credit card????) and that all on a 3rd party website and for all members of your family, so in my case children under the age of 14 without the option to opt out of it. I care about my data and will never give some weird website access to pictures of my children so stay away if you are like me.

That i did not know in advance what the self-check-in includes when it comes to your data.

Great apartment!

Excellent location near railway station. Good size rooms. There is a communal kitchen with a large shared fridge/freezer.

One of the bathrooms had limited shelving. Fairly basic decor.

Super clean, clear instructions for check in. Location is close to the center and parking in front of the building.

Convenience

The advertising and actual are not the same comes across as having kitchenette and fridge but is not and no cooking facilities at all

- No kitchen available to use despite being mentioned in the listing. - Ciara, the property manager, was very rude and unhelpful via text. Apparently the incorrect listing is everyone's fault but hers. - The area feels kind of sketchy

Location, huge balcony, spacious room and kitchen

The kitchen was totally unequipped. The electric stove didnt work and there was no mixrowave. So thats quite a let down since there was written on their booking listing.

Central location

Confusing check in. The key pad in the video has changed on the street level obviously because of the new Italian law that has been introduced regarding self check in. Upon arrival myself and three other people were unable to use the lift. Friction between the different floors in the building means that person/s are deliberately blocking the lift in the third floor so guest cannot use it. The lady in the video isn’t on site but in a different country the establishment is totally illegal and I took the liberty of gathering video photographic evidence and going to the Polizia as the business is a different name upon arrival.
