The second bed was not very comfortable, there was a problem with ants so no food could stay outside, stuff was not very welcoming

Opening the main door at night was a bit complicated. Perhaps a code system to open the door would be easier.

The Comoloft was very central. The apartment was clean and spacious, ideal when traveling with family. Mrs. Ute was also a great help. I highly recommend the Comoloft.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but the bedroom area was upstairs and it had a sloping ceiling which could be an issue if you did not remember to duck your head in areas.

Great location, 5min walk to the lake 10 min walk to the train station and surrounded by restaurants. Would highly recommend for a short break.

The only downside is that the 7-person loft has a single bathroom, but it's manageable.

The accommodation is situated in the historic center of Como, 5 minutes of walking from the lake shore. The host was very hospitable and communicative and provided extremely useful information - thank you Mrs. Ute! The 7-person loft is very spacious and it is fully equipped (washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen etc). The beds were comfortable enough and cleaning was proper. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy thanks to extremely good communication. For parking, Mrs. Ute redirected us to two great parking lots, so no worries about that and also offered to white-list our cars in order to have an easier unload of baggages. To summarize, it is a fantastic accommodation with a great price-value.

A coffee machine and pods would have been excellent, however the plunger sufficed. The front door key and the hot plates were unpredictable, but on all occasions available staff sorted out the problem.

The location is excellent and the apartment has sufficient facilities to prepare your own meals. The supermarket is close by.

The check-in was a bit problematic, you have to reach out to coordinate beforehand which is something we didn't notice when making the reservation. Luckily other guests arrived at the same time, so we only had to wait 10 minutes. The apartment was overall clean, the only downside is that they forgot to take the bins out in the bathroom.

Overall, the place is wonderful, great location, very spacious and well-equipped.

Bathroom door was broken, was difficult to slide to door to close and unable to open completely. Would only slide half way. Only 1 toilet was provided per person for a 3 and a half day trip.

While the property was well cleaned, it seemed like it was in need of a refresh. There were a lot of scuffs and marks on the walls & some furniture, and the planters in the garden were falling apart with some nails sticking out which wasn't great with a toddler. There was also quite a mouldy/damp smell, particularly when we turned on the aircon. Thankfully it was a cool apartment so we didn't need the aircon in the end.

This was a comfortable apartment that has everything you need for a short or longer stay. It was much more spacious than I expected, and it's nice to have a bit of outdoor space. It's very well located - there is a small carrefour nearby that has everything you need for making meals at home, or there are many restaurants and cafes a short stroll away. It's easy to get to the waterfront, with lots to see along the way. The hosts were very welcoming and informative.

It would have been great if there was some privacy screening in the glass dividers for the loft. We were sharing with our children who are older teens so getting changed for everyone involved using the downstairs bathroom for privacy and this could be time consuming as there’s only one, so if anyone was showering or using the toilet, everyone had to wait. Also some sort of rail at the top of the stairs would be nice as there’s nothing to grip on to there. The loft area is also very low so unless you’re under 5ft 7”, it is uncomfortable to manoeuvre.

Ute was extremely helpful which was great. The apartment was really clean and had excellent facilities. Beds were comfortable. Its proximity to everything without having to deal with noise was also something we appreciated. There’s a small supermarket less than a minute away and lots of restaurants close by. Short walk to the lake also.

No aircon on the first night. No parking at the premises. No lift. Poor TV signal.

Communication with the host. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Extremely clean. Premises. Flat. Location. A baby chair and an extra bed for the baby were provided. The issue with the aircon was fixed with urgency.

The place was generally pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The price was slightly high compared to what I expected, despite the good service and central location. The large room I stayed in lacked a balcony or courtyard, which was somewhat lacking given its size. Additionally, I had issues with the facilities - the TV was small and the remote didn't work properly. Also, the beds were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, and the rooms were beautifully maintained and comfortable. !

Power sockets were limited and not easy access. The one in the bathroom did not work (not that I wanted to use that!) as it was loose.
