Very friendly staff especially ANDREA in the reception who welcomed us warmly on our first day, and to Tina and Rosanna as well who made sure everything was okay during our checking out. The personal note in the room with a sweet treat made us feel special, thank you! Hotel is in a good location near a Metro station, a 24hr grocery store, a bakery and a pharmacy. Food was also good offering savory (warm & cold) and sweet breakfast. Fresh fruits and fresh orange juice. The AC in the room worked well which is a must during hot summer days. They have enough towels and pillows in the room, and the house keeping also did a good job keeping the room clean and in order.

There was no lift to the car parking from inside the hotel. We had to go outside to get to the car park.

The rooms we got were spacious and clean. It was right next to a supermarket and a space to park the car.

I’ve never had such a great experience with a hotel. Starting from the reception, the receptionist Clizia was very kind and explained everything clearly in English. The room looked amazing, everything was clean, well-functioning, and the bathroom was spotless with all the necessary amenities in order. The room was fully equipped, and the overall atmosphere felt very pleasant. The staff and the barista were outstanding. I’ll definitely come back again!

Everything was okay, only the parking is a bit complicated, as the space is not that big, but it was okay to leave the car for one night.

We had an amazing stay at C-hotels Concorde! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with super comfortable beds, high-quality mattresses, and plush pillows — perfect for a great night’s sleep. A special thank you to Ms. Tina and Manager Mr. Stefano, who went out of their way to help us and made our stay truly memorable. Exceptional service and comfort all around! The room has much better facilities then most of the branded names across Europe and definitely exceeded our expectations.
