The staff were a little tricky to find, for check-in and -out, and it took a while to get a drink at the restaurant. The elevator is literally the slowest one I've ever seen, so for people with a legitimate need to use it, be prepared to wait. These are fairly nit-picky points; we were quite happy with our stay.

The location is unbeatable--right at the entrance to the old town in Chiavenna. They have parking (very limited, but we managed to get a space) and a restaurant on-site. Our room was simple, but very clean and comfortable and spacious, and INCREDIBLY well sound-isolated, for its location on a very busy roundabout. Excellent blackout curtains, and good air conditioning, which we appreciated during the 30+ degree weather during our visit. I was really happy with our choice to stay here.

Excellent position 👌 for the town. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. And most importantly for our group secure motorcycle parking in a garage.

The morning breakfast service was not that good. The lady that served was really not nice. I didn't even get à coffee and she was pissed of. Didn't sleapt well I gess.....

The boss was very kind and helpfull.

the breakfast is modest, I wanted something cooked, for example an omelette or something else... or at least boiled eggs, there is not always time in the morning to cook yourself. It would be nice to add a kettle to the room.

The room is large, bright, clean. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The location is excellent. Parking is nearby. The staff is polite, attentive. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay.

The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned but it is new. It seems to be redecorated recently so everything is quite new and fresh. The view from my room was beautiful with mountains. The breakfast was moderate. We had eggs, meat, yogurt, breast and fruits. It was more than enough. The staff was kind and polite. The parking exists but it is limited. We came quite early so we could find a parking spot. But in a few hours later all the parking was full.

Hotel is in front of a busy road, but due to good isolation (and airco) this does not disturb. Restaurant in hotel not appealing (we did not try) but enough options in nearby the town centre.

Comfortable air conditioned rooms. Staff friendly and parking place in front of the hotel. Hotel styling somewhat bland.

Compare to renovated, beautiful and modern room design, entrance and lobby area seems a bit outdated.

Single room is very spacious, modern and clean. Bathroom huge and with big window. Breakfast essential with good coffee and cakes. Staff very polite, helpful and attentive. Hotel location is perfect near to downtown area, short walking distance to train and bus station. All attractions, restaurants are nearby. A very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The location was excellent and there were nice cafes and restaurants right near the hotel. The car could be parked in the hotel's own parking lot. Breakfast was basic.

Hotel is a little older but nice and clean near of old town. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Very good food in restaurant, but open from 19h only. Breakfast was good. Lovely accommodation for good price.
