Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable with the added bonus of Xmas markets right outside our door. The breakfast which is included at the Cafe was also very good, the cafe is charming with it's art deco interior and great views.

I have nothing here, other than I didn’t want to leave!

We feel so fortunate that we had the opportunity to stay in this historic place. I was a little leery being right on the Piazza Grande, but it was great. The room was huge. We got this old key to open the old woo door (there is a modern secure door as well). The amenities were all modern, the kitchen appointed for some cooking with plenty of flatware and dishware. The people were just great. Very welcoming and friendly. Wine was amazing as well! I’m so glad we stayed.

The bed was two singles pushed together. It was not the most comfortable, nor were the pillows. Lots of up and down walking

The residenze exceeded our expectations. The large unit with 20' ceilings was palatial. You were in an impressive historic room , but had all modern amenities you could want. The place was also extremely well equipped and stocked with supplies. The location was excellent, right on the main square surrounded by other historic residences. The town itself was magical with breathtaking views of the countryside and seeped in local culture and cuisine. You need to walk a short way to the restaurant providing the breakfast, but the views make it worthwhile

This apartment made for the perfect stay in Montepulciano. From start to finish everything was easy to follow. The apartment had everything we would need and the breakfast was 10/10. Thank you so much to our hosts, it was a magical stay and we’ve even come away with Contucci wine!

Large, comfortable and well-equipped suite in great location within the town. Good breakfast provided each morning with certificate in nearby cafe.

The room is quite old but its charm is mostly related to that. The breakfast was in the nice place but very limited.

It is at the 16th century old castle, in the middle of the town! For those who wants to cook, the apartment is equipped with a kitchen.

Would have been easier if parking location was provided prior to arrival, driving into square during christmas market wasn't ideal, but was completely manageable.

We wish we’d planned to stay longer in Montepulciano!

Our breakfast, included in the price, was at a charming restaurant a pleasant stroll away, that offered a variety of comfortably inviting indoor seating as well as an outdoor terrace with majestic views of the countryside! I wish we’d stayed longer and would have definitely planned a dinner at the same delightful spot!

The hosts were very gracious and welcoming. Our room was amazing and took us back to the Renaissance. It was an experience. I highly recommend if your staying in Montepulciano.

It was a bit of a hike to get to and from the parking location, but it was complimentary and we managed.

There were a group of kids outside that played music and made noise until 2 AM. But, that can happen given the location. I would still choose to stay there again.

This property is in an amazing Palazzo in a fantastic location. It was a very special place to stay, for a great price. All the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but there was no problem with checking in. It is very spacious and clean, and had lots of windows for natural light.

Great location. Top of the hill. On the Grand Plaza. Beautiful well equipped apartment renovated maintaining its historic character. close proximity to cafes & restaurants. some with spectacular Tuscany views. Breakfast is provided in a 1920’s restaurant also with spectacular Tuscany views.

Amazing location in a beautiful town. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast was in a very cute restaurant and free parking close by. Next to a wine bar with nice wine.
