The location was beautiful and peaceful. The staff couldn’t do enough for us! We stayed whilst on our honeymoon and they were so attentive and kind. The evening meal was one of the best we’ve ever had

Unique interesting property. Amazing gardens and pool. Staff were so friendly and welcoming as family run. Food was excellent and room was beautifully decorated and clean.

We loved our stay at Convento di Acqua Premula, it is probably one of the best Italian hotels we have stayed in. The rooms, facilities, staff and food are all excellent. If you want a peaceful location to rest and enjoy a quality service, Convento di Acqua Premula is a great option.

The original convent building has been beautifully restored. The ground where it stands are extensive and very well kept. It’s a tranquil place to relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The staff were amazing too. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend the place enough.

What a beautiful property! We only stayed a night but wish we could have stayed a few more. Very comfortable room, beautiful views and the grounds are magically serene. Looks as if there are lots of lovely walks & activities to do. Staff were lovely and very accomodating when we arrived late in the evening and breakfast was delicious! Would love to return here with a little more time.

This place is amazing to stay outside of the city, I wasn't able to leave. Everything is perfect, clean, peaceful. You could easy stay there for a long period of time, they have everything: restaurant, pool, tennis, golf. everyone is super gentle and helpful.

It was our second stay there, and they kept their standards very high. It is an enchanting place, full of charm and history, with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, and a very welcoming staff. We would most gladly return again when visiting Umbria, a special region of Italy.

Rooms are small. They were fine for us, but maybe a bit of a squeeze for others, or people staying longer.

Great experience in a secluded convent up in the Hills. Great facilities and base to explore the area.

My only quibble is the dinner was only so-so. Many things did not taste freshly made. As someone else mentioned, I would not order the tortelloni with fruit sauce again.

Perhaps the room was a little small ( a legacy from the monastic past?) but there were so many beautiful places to sit (inside or out) this didn’t matter. Just a shame after weeks of unusually bad weather the hotel was sadly underbooked

Difficult to say…

Location is wonderful: in the middle of Appennino and far away from the rest. Great nature. Personally (Giuseppe in particular) is exceptional and able to make you feel the most important and valuable guest. Very nice breakfast and dining area. Very nice restaurant for dining. Wonderful park however because of the weather we couldn’t use it.

Unique location. The monastery, the gardens, the views, all wonderful. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were the only guests in the hotel that evening and they opened the restaurant especially for us! Dinner was excellent.
