A bit difficult to find, and if I was nitpicking, the fridge was a bit noisy, the TV not tilting towards the bed.

Francesco was such a nice host. I read a lot of good reviews about him where he handled his guests so maturely. So I thought he must be a middle aged man. To my surprise, when I saw him, I found out he was such a young man. So it was even more impressive for such a young man to be so thorough with his guests. He waited on us for a late night arrival and patiently explained many details of the apartment units. The apartment had endless hot water and we did not have to worry about running out of hot water after someone used the shower for a long time already, which was the problem we encountered with many airbnb units in Italy. Very clean, warmly heated apartment, comfortable beds, very clean bath towels. The unit had a nice balcony surrounding the entire unit, with multiple doors going to the balcony. The nicest thing about this place was the neat and secluded court yard, which was so well organized and maintained, with clean pavement, all fenced up with privacy from nearby neighbors, and lemon trees planted in the back yard. We had the entire courtyard as our parking spot. :-) It really gave us the relaxing feel just like in a quiet farm house. The apartment steps were even well lit at night, making it look really nice at night. Breakfast was included too.

Having to ask a person staying in the property how we actually get access to our rooms as there was no one to give us the information.And having to go to a cafe for breakfast was not what we expected and they didn’t find it easy to understand us.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, newly-built house near Pompeii. The driveway and garden are lovely, with olive and fruit trees all around, and parking is super easy. The place feels modern and well thought out – you can tell the host put a lot of care into picking everything, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen. It made cooking easy, and we especially loved relaxing on the balcony. The host is such a cool and friendly guy, always ready to help with anything. When we had a small big issue with our car, he went out of his way to assist, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Honestly, it made our stay so much smoother. Everything was spotless – clean bedding, fresh towels, and a really nice bathroom. If you have a car, the location is perfect for visiting Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, Naples, and even the Amalfi Coast. We also loved starting our mornings at a local café nearby, where the breakfast was free and full of locals. If I could give 10 stars, I would – this place deserves 20! We’ll definitely be back.

The owner met us very late at night, because before that we sailed by ferry and had to get to the apartment. Also we were allowed to stay for an extra hour after the morning, Very cozy, clean, comfortable apartment.

The house is not in Pompeii, but Scafati and a car is required. Perfect if you have a car or don't mind walking a few minutes to a cafe or restaurant along the main road.

Welcoming hosts and new facilities. 2 apartments with a common entrance were perfect for our family. Beds are comfortable, bathroom spacious. Nice seating area in the garden. Ask for Osteria il Tormetone: best food ever! Family atmosphere. Good feel 'off the beaten track'. Breakfast is served in a coffee place at 10min walk.

House is as seen on pictures and has a good location for exploring Campania by car. It has a protected parking. Napoli is easily reacheable by Vesiviana train. Host was very hospitable and took care of our needs. We also recommend Osteria Il Tormentone.

Just nothing bad to say about it !

Brand new house with big front yard and Parking inside. Very very clean. Every day ceaning included. Very nice host. The recommended family restaurant was also nice. We like to eat where local people eat. Good position between Napoli and Amalfi. Easy acces to groceries. Safe and not so crowded neighbourhood. Higly recommend!

Excellent house, very clean and comfortable with a big and modern bathroom. I think it’s one of the best apartments you can find around Pompei. The surroundings are not the best but It has a big garden with relax space and lots of space to park your car. The host was really nice and helpful!! We really enjoyed our stay.
