It is far from the center and during the time we were there the bus stops in the area were closed due to construction work and we could only get there on foot or by Uber/bike.

The hotel is about 2 miles / 3 km from the center. Of course we knew it when we reserved it, it just makes it a little more time consuming to go to the center / opera at the Arena. However Verona has great bus service and after all it was not a big deal.

This hotel is a gem hidden in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The decor of the large room is modern, beds are extra comfortable, very kind staff at reception, great breakfast. It is very quiet. The A/C worked very well, which was very important given it was very hot.

Location is a little further from the center, but close to the fair. Only complaint would be that there were no clean chairs and a hot tub on otherwise beautiful roof. Unusual hotel safe.

Everything was almost perfect.

Comfortable bed, very clean rooms. The breakfast was really exceptional, they offered a broad selection from everything. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they seem like very hardworking people. Would stay here again without a doubt. The location is not the best but easy to walk and close to the bus stop.

The jacuzzi advertised in the booking was not functional which was a shame as I was looking forward to the jacuzzi when I booked.

The apartment was very nice and big; the only downside was that there was a kitchen, but it was not well equipped. Just one knife, no towels, no sponge or detergent. The bed in the living room was extra uncomfortable, even for kids.

I booked a Night train for the wrong day. It's midnight and I'm sort of panicking. Found this place they let me check in at 00:15 and with a smile to boot. It's a bit off the beaten track and could use some minor repairs but for the money it punched way above its weight class.

Breakfast needs an upgrade. To not serve espresso from an espresso machine is in my opinion a crime in Italy. Throw that Nescafe away :) Scrambled eggs were floating in water.

The room also really comfortable the problem was the bed wasn't one piece hence it was a bit uncomfortable also the room has a lovely balcony and windows but not being able to leave them open due to mosquitos was not really convenient, some nets on the windows could make the journey even more amazing..

Verona itself is already amazing, what i liked the most is friendly and caring staff, she had big time smile on her face which was amazing and helped is with everything was asked for.. The rooftop terrace make a person feel over the moon..

The rooftop bar is not in operation. They said that if you ask for a drink at the reception, they will bring it up, but it's not quite the same. The jacuzzi was not working, it was full of dirty water. The photocell door leading to the rooftop bar is turned off. You have to open it manually with difficulty. Despite this, they advertise in the elevator to try the cocktails, and there was also an atmospheric rooftop bar in the pictures. We regretted this, as this was one of the reasons we chose the accommodation. :( There are no hooks in the room, so everything can only be hung in the closet. There is no toothbrush holder or soap dish in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very delicious. There could have been more vegetables, but the olives, cheeses, and salamis were very tasty. The room looks a bit nicer in the pictures than it actually is, but it was very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
