Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spacious with outstanding design and high-quality materials – luxurious in every detail and smartly laid out, with excellent air conditioning. Parking was conveniently located just below the hotel. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Their speed, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast service, especially the table service, was impeccable. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Castelrotto, just 100 meters from a top-notch restaurant offering exquisite food, fantastic wines, and creative cocktails. We’ll definitely be back!

Really lovely property. Pool is great and there are 3 labs that live on the property (always behind a gate) which was great for us dog lovers. Pool was fantastic and staff very friendly

The location is amazing on top of a small hill with a pleasant restaurant. We had a young lady as our host, she was very kind and helpfull. The beds were good, the rooms clean, good breakfast. I would reccomend this place to everyone and will surely come back!

Wonderful breakfast prepared by Vittoria. Everything from meats and eggs to cakes and fruit. Local cheese was amazing.

SlovakiaThe air conditionimg -needs servicing, in the middle of the summer it is really convenient to have the room cooled down when sou go to stay, especially if it is the room under the roof, it took the whole night to lower the temperature- it was impossible to ventilate, the windows were fixed and the AC was either broken or very weak. The breakfast - we were expecting according to the reviews a great breakfast- we were there 4 nights, cakes not homemade, vegetable not even one. The pool - but one thing surprised us the most. The pool is open tiĺ 7pm. The owner came to throw us out at 7:15pm ( it was 35degrees all the time there and everyone needed to cool down after whole day of walking) Our family had booked 4of 8 rooms. When I went there to see when everyone is, there were 3 labradors( dogs) swimming in the pool… ( really???) The place You have no restaurant there and by foot is only one bar for eating
