hair dryer is not funzioning..bath room is not qualified for 4 star hotel...

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. There are elevators so you don't have to haul your luggage. The centre of the city is reachable by bus (stop right next to the hotel) and tram (After a walk of 8-9 mins). Air conditioning worked well. They provide you water bottles, the room has a coffee maker too. The breakfast was decent, could do with a few more options, but not bad at all. The reception staff was very nice. He even helped with out luggage from the taxi. They clean and make the rooms everyday, which is very nice.

The lady on the breakfast duty was very rude, She responded to our smile with a frown. Also made an issue of us staying 6 mins over, in the breakfast hall, called the reception and so on. This was not the case with a white family the next day. Well we didn't care much, but it is a hotel, not a military academy, where you make an issue of 6 minutes. Maybe the underlying cause was something else. The safe in our room was not working, so we had to carry our important stuff with us everywhere. A staff member replaced the batteries but it didn't help, he said he cannot do anything else, and I should read the instructions :P which was a bit silly.

The hotel is nice

At arrival, reception desk said my reservation was for two people rather than 4 and made us pay more. My reservation was clearly stating rate for 4 people but the girl didn’t even look at that. I was too fed up and tired from a really long travel to actually discuss this further and just paid to get some rest.

Joseph on reception was excellent very helpful and informative. Convenient to tram. Always very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed with you 3 times now and always you enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is quite far from central Florence - it takes about 15-20 minutes with a tram.

the shower cabin was very small

Super kind and efficient. My daughter left her toy and we got it via airmail 2 days later. Very good location near to the airport.

Loacted across the street from a grocery store and 'food cart'. 7 minute walk to tram station. Everything worked.

A bit dated with the black and mirrors theme. Some furniture was worn. Shower is pretty small.

Everything was very clean and smelled good.

The big bed for 2 people were actually 2 matresses put together under the same sheets.

Good variety of selections.

The rooms was clean and the bed was good , the ac also works with out a door card.

The location wasn’t the best , taxi will cost from 20-50 euro one way.

I liked everything. It's walking distance to the train station and it's very clean. Everything is exceptionally clean, and I recommend it to everyone who likes cleanliness. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.
