Having your own parking space and a short distance to the beach is incredibly nice.

The door was too old and difficult to open. I think it needs upgrading

It's a nice place close to the beach. A lot of good stuff going on for an apartment.

50€ pet fee for 1 night is criminal.

    Property response:

Dear Mr. Haris, It may seem excessive, but please be aware that in the presence of pets, our housekeeping team is required to disinfect the apartment using a specific fumigation treatment, which costs €25.00. All blankets must be replaced, washed, and changed, and the curtains must also be cleaned. If this seems unreasonable, please note that the rate applied to you is actually lower than usual. As stated on our website, we typically charge €100.00 for this service.

Nice picnic area Area for fitness, football and other activities Swimming pool Very friendly English speaking persons at the reception A nice restaurant in very proximity Broad terrace Kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher

It could be cleaner Almost no sound isolation, which was a problem during weekends Musty smell in the apartment so that all windows were constantly open with no use of AC (apartments were on the ground floor)

    Near the bus stop

Just one thing I was disappointed, I didn’t have hot water on the last day, so not really comfortable to get a shower with cold water.

The staff was very friendly, the apartmant was spacious with a huge balcony. The bedrooms and the bathroom are correctly furnitured, hot water was enough, the fridge was fine. The garden, the football court is great. The sandy, peacful beach is very close where there is a fantastic bar with good prices.

The kitchen was much lower equipped than we expected or got used to. No electric machines, poor tools, burnt pan. The sofa bad was not comfortable for my children.

The pool was large with sparkling water, plenty of chairs, and a life guard. But they made us were a swimming cap, which they said the law required because of Covid-19...really? It was important that they had a good restaurant and good coffee bar on site because there is nothing close by...you must have a car. The beach is close, 10 minute walk, and it has chairs, umbrella for rent and a restaurant. But the water seemed too shallow for swimming, unless you went far out.

The hotel office closes between 1pm and 3pm, you can't check in and they probably tell you this if you read carefully. But we arrived at 1:30pm. We were annoyed. Also, the office closes in the evening and if you have an emergency you are supposed to push the "night time PORTER button" at the entrance. This button should be relabeled "emergency contact button". A 'PORTER' is someone who carries your luggage at the airport or hotel...you don't call him for an emergency.
