Hot water was somewhat limited, and the heating could have come on a bit more often — but aside from that, everything was excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and charm of this apartment. Perfectly located in the heart of Perugia, just steps from the main attractions and all the venues of the Journalism Festival I came to attend — I will definitely return for another occasion. I hesitated between giving a full five stars for the location or removing one because of the square: picturesque by day, but quite noisy at night. Be sure to bring earplugs. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything I needed was readily available.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! The room was comfortable and clean. The host is very responsive and stayed in constant touch. Check in instructions were smooth and efficient.

On one night, there was some noise in the streets/square below late in the night. While it didn't impact us in any real way, if you are a light sleeper, this could a consideration. It's hard to know if this is a frequent occurrence but given its a city with an high student population, then I expect it's a possibility during term time.

Umbrian Concierge was the most enjoyable place to stay during our trip to Italy. It was a very spacious and very nicely decorated apartment that was ideal for relaxing in during the evening. Its location could not have been more central and very easy to get to from the train station. Indeed, the instructions provided, were probably the best I have come across for getting to and to access the apartment. The kitchen and equipment was perfect for making breakfast and also for making dinner on one of the nights of our stay. Given its location, the choice of good restaurants nearby was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the location, very close to where my daughter is studying for a semester....close to great markjets restaurants, galleries, shops, people, sites. Gorgeous and charming city, lovely in everyway. Apartement was beyomnd amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind staff in easy communication.

The noise from outside the flat is terrible. I can't understand how such behaviour keeps being repeated every night. Were are the Police?

The apartment is fantastic, I could not believe that I was living in such an apartment.

Not enough light in the bathroom to apply make-up. Maybe a rod to hold on to in the shower for senior guests. Very loud at night with young people just below the apartment, singing and shouting.

The location was amazing, right by the cathedral in the city centre. The staff were always just a text away. They responded immediately. I had asked for a hair dryer with diffuser and I found it there when I arrived. The studio was huge, and furnished beautifully.

The square can be very noisy We had 3 nights of music and crowds until 4 00am. Double glazed windows snd ear plugs provided but be aware its not a place for peace and quiet

The apartment is very beautiful. It has a very pretty view of the centre fountain from the window. The kitchen is well equipped and has all what you need for any kind of preparation. It is at the heart of the city and the streets around are pretty lively, specially at the weekends. If you go around, you will find amazing view points. Also, mini metro and bus stop is within 400m radius. The hosts are really helpful and it was lovely to talk to them. They made sure our entire trip was smooth right from the time we reached perugia till we left with wonderful memories. This property is an absolute catch!

Small walk from parking garage to stay as described before check in. With bags could be a challenge if not up for it.

Perfectly located right in the centre of town. Photos match the description and reality perfectly. Easy check in. Remote staff very responsive. All round really pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Perugia.

There were young folk making lots of noise in the Piazza until about 1a.m. each night. Usually I expect a bit of this in a central piazza, but this wasn't happy fun noise, which is fine, but intrusive, abrasive noise.

It feels terrific being in that loft while all the life is happening down in the Piazza. The decor & feel of the apartment is really appropriate to the ancient buildings of the square.

there was nothing i didn't like. when i made the booking on the app, i didn't check if there was an ac and i realised we booked a place without an ac only when we reached the location but surprisingly the temperature during the night was perfect and we didn't even need the ac !

the location was perfect, it was exceptionally clean, it was comfortable and spacious, the hosts were amazing (answered all our questions very quick and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the location from the train station)

I am average height, the ceiling would be low for a taller person, this was no problem for me.

Exceptional service from the concierge. Beautifully furnished room and en-suite, perfectly located in the heart of Perugia, spotlessly clean, with lift access. Very good value.
