We told him at 2.30pm that we're already there and ready to check in. We had to wait for the keys until 3.30pm and afterwards they cleaned the room. The smell in the room and especially in the bathroom was unpleasant. And you can hear everything from your neighbors.

The bed was comfortable and everything had a nice style. Glasses, a coffee Maschine with cups and a hairdryer was provided. It's perfectly located

Unfortunately, it was quite cramped, with no natural light, no windows (fresh air) only air conditioning/exhaust ventilation! The shared kitchen was dirty.

An original accommodation with a very creative interior. In the center of the city, just a few steps away from the train station. Very calm we could only hear the other people in the location. The room was clean.

There are a few points that could be improved, like the room has no windows, which I don't recall having seen in the description. The AC remote was without batteries, we had to do some magic to make it work, because we needed some kind of ventilations since there are no widows. Also there was No blankets or bathroom mats, or any kind of instructions where we could find these things. I sent a message to the propriety using booking and I got no answers.  It was nothing major since we just stayed for one night, but it kept from being an excellent experience to only be ok.

the room is situated within an appartment (more or less). the walls and doors are super thin and you can hear everyone who is walkin in and out of the apartment. one of the rooms where cleaned and hoovered at 7am on a sunday, which was super loud. the bed was unusually short. we are not very tall people. my partner is 1,80m and his feet were hanging out at the bottom of the bed.

We knew before arriving there were no external windows of our room. The “ Milking Room”.! The lack of natural light was the only negative.

Although the property is clean, the smell of mould/damp runs throughout, very strong smell. Maybe it needs ventilation - leaves the bed feeling slightly damp.

squitchy unstable bed. towels we're not all clean. the woman at the shop who gives the keys acted like we were not welcome there. and never managed to find out how the air-condition devise works. didn't mind asking because I only stayed for a night

Sadly the air conditioning was noisy and only barely coped with the room. The main room had a musty smell as if it had been closed up for some time. The wi-fi didn't work and the hosts did not respond to messages about this which left us without any phone or Internet signal as the room prevents any mobile signal.

The location was fantastic and the room was beautifully decorated. Clean and tidy, hosts helpful and quick to respond at first.

The small towels. Having to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Was there for a week and we had to keep emptying the bin. Anais had said a guest said the wifi wasn’t working and I confirmed but it wasn’t fixed. The breakfast was a coffee and croissant. Not a very good breakfast as advertised.

The location was perfect. Lovely room.

Poor communication about practical information (such as picking up and dropping off room keys). Dirty laundry (towels, sheets) were in the hallway… Fruits were promised but I didn’t see any of that.

Found the inside door a little tricky to undo and would have been handy to have key collection instructions advised before arrival.

The room at this B&B was beautifully furnished with some lovely features and excellent bedding. Key us picked up from cafe next door, so all self service in that respect. Room without window absolutely fine for a night's stay.

The noise - not from the road or the street, however the sound travels and echoes so loud within the property, from the communal area. Other guests were using the kitchen area long after I went to bed. No faults with the place at all, only the lack of sound proofing…

Location and overall aesthetic of the property was great, bed and room were more that comfortable. Plus the communication with the staff for arrival was perfect.

Tiny room with NO windows or ventilation. Water on the floor. Absolutely no information for check in, we went wandering around until we found the right door. Very impersonal. Noises coming from the building at night. Toilet door was broken.

AC was extremely loud - impossible to sleep with AC on. Even though the interior design is very beautiful, the choice of materials seem to make it hard to clean (non treated wood, clay etc). The entrance is extremely narrow entrance with a steep staircase - be mindful if you have big suitcases

Communication from our host was minimal - before we arrived/how to check in. And even while we were there & contacted them about the ac, we received no reply, so the room was very hot at night. We never met our host so it was a bit impersonal. The cleaning staff were friendly and tried to help. But for this room rate, personal interaction is expected. (The street below can get a little noisy at night in the bars below - it was not a big problem for us, but worth considering for your own stay)

Stunning property, in a perfect location - the little bars near the steps to the tower are great. Particularly Etoma for pizza and DryHop for drinks. The decor is beautiful, fabulous interior design. Our room had windows that opened out to the piazza below which was really nice Great shower, and a Very comfortable bed.

The terrace was overlooked by another room, so a little awkward to use without disturbing someone else. Noise from other doors slamming or being locked in the hallway seemed loud in my room.

Loved the design/decor and the attention to detail. The rooms were extremely thoughtful and well considered in lots of ways. Much more spacious than the photos portrayed. The staff were very friendly and so helpful! It was gorgeous here, wish I’d had a longer stay…Surprisingly quiet and peaceful for a very central location.

Breakfast options could be expanded. The lack of means of accessibility, i.e., no elevator makes this limiting not just for people with disabilities or elderly but generally for traveling with heavy or large luggage.

Location was perfect to reach by foot all the historical sites in the city. Gabriela, the housekeeper, was very kind and hospitable. The decor of the Deluxe Suite was a nice mix of modern with local Sardegna style. The responses from the hotel were very timely, almost no delays whatsoever.
