We loved everything about this place. It is new, very central, very niche. The staffs was very helpful and attentive. Its also right next to an ancient church. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay there again. It was also clean and well managed.

Wow the quality of the room, very clean and comes with everything you need. The breakfast was not in the building but it’s sort of partnered with the bar in front of it on the place right next to the B&B I liked my room was bright and luminous.

Right in the centre of Tropeo a stones throw away from the main shopping streets and restaurants and the beach. Teresa was brilliant communicating with us via WhatsApp with parking directions and our arrival time and was very helpful and lovely throughout. Parking is extra as this is a central busy location and scarce - €20 euros a 100m or so away on the street or €30 in the manned Area51 car park next door (you just have to navigate the one way system to get there) - arrange this with Teresa beforehand. New, clean and comfortable accommodation, would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with my family. The property is located in the center of Tropea walking distance to the main attractions and beach area. The accommodation is very clean, modern and well equipped. Very pleased with the attention and hospitality received from Jessica. Overall excellent service! 10/10!

We only had one key between us as a couple. The car parking instructions were difficult to understand, however it worked out ok!

Location of this room is fantastic - it's right in the middle of Tropea. It is a very clean & fresh room with an ensuite. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a balcony too & we used the carpark which is around a 150 - 200 metre walk from the accommodation.

Great location, breakfast was good, served by two helpful ladies who cooked us fried eggs. Huge shower. Loved Tropea and the nearby beach, you have to be fit to get to the beach lots of steps, unless you drive but parking is scarce. Sea was crystal clear and a sandy beach, which was very busy. Lots of restaurants to try out. The accommodation can arrange parking which is nearby for €10 per day, very helpful to have that sorted out.

Minor issues with the electrics but management sorted them out quickly and we’re very accommodating.

Property was well located right in the town centre with everything right at your door. Complimentary breakfast provided daily as well as room cleaning.

AC was weak and when paired with a system where you need your key card to activate the electricity in the room, it was tough to get the room to a decent temperature. The soundproofing wasn't great as our room was right next to the reception desk and we could hear every conversation happening there. Lastly, the WiFi had a poor signal but we were able to get WiFi from a neighbouring hotel which worked much better.

The location was great, as it was situated right across the street from a public square filled with restaurants. It was only a few minutes walking to the old town as well as the stairs to the beach. Staff was very friendly and always helpful via WhatsApp at all times of the day. It was great that they were able to arrange parking at a lot around the corner from the property (for a fee). The room was equipped with Netflix, and had a kettle for some tea. The bathroom was modern and spacious.
