Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPerfect for a short stay and good value for money. We were initially wary as it wasn’t a hotel and no receptionist but this didn’t prove to be an issue at all! Fantastic communication on WhatsApp throughout with manager Rebecca. Free water stocked in the fridge every day which we were so grateful for. It was a truly perfect location if your visiting Milan, 25 min walk to Duomo, close to public transport options as well as supermarkets. The room itself was a medium size, clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and provided with all modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious and designful.

They have lockers right by the rooms if you are arriving or leaving before check in/out, so you can get on with your day without worrying about where to store luggage! This is always so convenient… Would stay here again when I return to Milan! Rebecca was quick to reply on WhatsApp, making sure we had a comfortable stay. Very pleased with this place :)

SpainWe were disturbed by the fact that despite the fact the we left a "do not disturb" card on the door, the cleaning personel entered the room and repositioned some of our belongings.It is also worth mentioning that the "do not disturb card" was still on the door when we returned to the room. Nothing was taken, however we found it odd that our clothes and private belongings were moved, and, at the same time, the cleaning itself was only partly done (which we would have expected, since they did come into the room: the bed was made, but everything in the bathroom was left the same and the the trash was not not taken out). Another issue we had concers opening the doors to the passage with the rooms and the room itself. The card does work eventually, but it is difficult to open, the panel does light up with green, yet the mechanism doesn't let you open the door as you push, or at least we never managed to do it from the first try.
We loved the spacious and well designed room, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big. We were offered complimentary drinks in the fridge, and the room is also equipped with a kettle and a blow drier. The location is very good and close to multiple stations of public transport.

NetherlandsThere was a strange smell in the room that you could smell especially when you entered. I would describe it as pigeon/bird smell. The room is located on a busy, main road. Sleeping with the window open is therefore not an option. The lamp in the hall in front of the room was not yet connected or there was no lamp, which made the hall very dark.
Nice space on the first floor with large bathroom with hand and rain shower with a big jet of water. Everything looked new. Location is great. Very close to public transport to Linate airport by bus and Milan city center by bus or tram. Milan city center also easy to reach on foot in 30 minutes. Good and fast contact via chat, clear communication.

United Arab EmiratesThey don’t have room cleaning service every day since is not a hotel concept. Our floor was dusty and not to much clean when we checked in. Other than that there’s nothing much to say.
Brand new rooms, nice decor, comfy facilities and located very close from the main sides of the city by tram. It’s 15’ away from the Milano central train station by tram or bus. You can message the team which is available all the time just in case you are facing some issues during the self check in or check out. Quiet area free of noises from the night life. Restaurants and supermarkets are around the area

We got a room with a level of cleanliness of a central station, a strong smell of cigarettes, windows that isolate noise like cellophane, and, as a bonus, pee in/on the toilet (swear I✋🏼). I personally got sick from one night in this place.
