Hi Edward, For clarity, we want to emphasize that our check-in time (by 10 PM) is clearly stated both on the booking platform and in the communications sent. During the day, we tried to contact you to ensure you had all the necessary information to access the property, but unfortunately, we never received a response. As per the policy, since we did not receive confirmation by the scheduled time, the reservation was considered a no-show. We apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused and understand that traveling in a foreign country with adverse weather conditions can be stressful, but unfortunately, no one was available at your arrival time.
