Mama Clotilde was very friendly, took care of us, prepared super breakfast for us. She knew that we would leave very early on the last day morning, the she baked a cake in the evening that we can take with us.

It is on the hill, so you need to take a bus to get to Amalfi harbour with takes 40-50minutes. Taking bus is not easy so you need to get prepared. But the bus stop is just in front of the b&f so another plus point.

The view is awesome and the lady owning the place is a very very pleasant host!

It can be far away from the city (amalfi).

Nice property, enough for 5 people, super clean with amazing view . Property has magnificent view. Looking down to Amalfi coast which you think is just few minutes walk, but in reality you are above the sky line. Nice fresh air and incredible view. Super cosy and quiet apartment. Host herself is amazing lady Clodite, She makes amazing breakfast. Fresh baked pastries every single morning, which tastes just incredible. She has provided all these tasty breakfast for all five of us without paying anything. For free of charge which is such a great gesture from her side. She drove us herself to the bus stop to catch the bus on time back to Napoli and even provided backed lunch for the way. She is truly amazing lady. I would not expect to receive such a hospitality to be honest after spending few days in Rome, where locals are trying to trick tourists all the time. We had a such a bad experience in Rome , but totally opposite in Furore,Amalfi. I would also recommend to visit nearby (just 5 min walk) restaurant L’incanto where her son works (or may even owns). They do have amazing Italian menu. A lot of selections of truly Italian dishes and they taste incredible. Prices are affordable as well if you compare to Amalfi and Positano itself . We were having all our family dinner at L’incanto and we were not disappointed. Great service and great food. 🍕🍝🦐🍤🐙🦞🦑🦪🦀🥩🍖🍗🥓

There is nothing which I do not like about the property. Only thing I do not like is public transport. It is very difficult to move around, as bus runs 1 or 2 in a hour and most of the time they do not stop because they are packed. Then you have to wait for another. May you have to spend 2 hours on bus stop to catch the bus and go down to Amalfi. Much easier to come up from Amalfi because you catch the bus in main station and always fit in it. All this is nothing to do with property and super host Clodite her self. It must be dealt with local council/municipal government. This was disappointing side of the stay. Other than that it was truly amazing experience.

The Ravello room has an amazing view. The bathtub was a plus for us and the water never stopped being hot no matter how many people took a bath. The breakfast was amazing and the host Clotilde is of course the best part of the journey. Her good mood and fun strories were a great beginning to our day.

The area is quite nice in good weather, the host is super friendly and helpful and the food in the area gets you in touch with the italian original food. The breakfast at the location is amazingly rich and tasty.

The prices are quite high for a budget friendly holiday, even out of season, it is very crowded and stressful to drive around for visitors, very few alternatives for dinning out, basically you have one or two choices for few square kms,the feeling of beeing ripped off or unsafe is omnipresent.

View: awesome. Room: clean and great bathroom and shower. Breakfast: Great - served by Clotilde herself. Very friendly lady and a real chatterbox during breakfast - even though we couldn't understand one word of Italian - our bad - her English consisted of a few basic words. She also gave me a bottle of champagne as a gift for my 60th birthday which I appreciated so much. Good restaurant close by - 1 km - best pizzas - she told us about this place.

There was a small free parking place for our small rental car, but on the somewhat busy road from Naples. Not suitable for a big vehicle. The road from Naples and to the Amalfi coast was rather tough - terrifying and breathtaking at the same time - curved sharply and suddenly the whole time with trucks, busses, bikes, bicycles and cars driving like crazy past you. We were at Da Clotilde for 3 nights and had to drive on those rollercoaster roads every day - up and down - it took much longer than anticipated. Not for the faint hearted. I would recommend staying closer to the coastal road of Amalfi. Also - maybe I didn't understand the description on her page, but the kitchen that is described with washing machine, iron and tumble dryer was nowhere to be seen - maybe inside Clotilde's own house upstairs? We asked about it, but she directed us to the clothing lines on our room's balcony. Also: We had to bring in a desk chair to sit on inside - only 1 chair available. Also: We visited at the end of February during off season - so I think some areas on balconies and veranda could have been kept cleaner or looked after more. Not a biggy, a few areas weren't as neat/clean as on the photo's - even though this place was on the higher end of our budget (more expectations?). Maybe we expected it to be as on the photo's - can't complain because of the lovely view /breakfast area on balconies that were clean. It seems that Italians do not care for the off season. Many places during our stay were unkept in outside areas and not as beautiful and kept as on the photos. Also: only breakfast available - no restaurant or coffee shop available on site. I had a whole different picture in my head of our room and flat - my bad. It was really good enough though - maybe I am biased because I was one day sick in bed with a stomach-bug.

Best stay we could have hoped for! Comfortable room with fantastic view, incredible and very personal breakfast with fresh bruschetta, local cheese/ham, variety of fruits, local bread & sweet pastries. The owners gave us advice on how to get to places and even took us to the starting point of our hike. Overall, it was an absolutely incredible time with nothing more to hope for!

We stayed at Clotilde's B & B for two nights in January. Her place is absolutely lovely! The bedroom and bathroom are exceptionally clean and large. Bed was very comfy and shower was awesome! There was a very nice balcony off the room with a fabulous view of the sea. Clotilde had put the heater on before we arrived so the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of selection and Clotilde is very kind and knowledgeable with lots of suggestions for a great visit to the Amalfi Coast. My husband and I and our two little dogs had a wonderful comfortable stay with Clotilde and would highly recommend this B & B for your visit in this area.

    Everything was perfect!

The view was absolutely breath taking! I couldn’t get enough of it. The lady who ran the place was so sweet and welcoming. She made us breakfast in the morning which was delicious and of course had an amazing view. My friends and I have been staying at hostels so this was a pleasant change to have a space to ourselves with a kitchen. Stay in, make some dinner, grab some wine and watch the beautiful sunset.
