Nature of the building makes it a bit cold and noisy but heating system was working good. So not a big problem.

The walls are thin

Due to not very clear instructions, the place is a bit hard to find, but it is nice. The room is spacious, everything you need is there. Good location, everything is perfect.

Since it’s one flat split into 3 rooms - the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening from rooms above you and next to you. We didn’t even have noisy neighbours it’s just the walls are so thin you can basically hear them talking. The parking being offered should mention is that it’s at €14 a day so not included in the price. It’s best to park outside as you find available blue boxes that are free from 8pm - 8am anyway makes more sense. The contact person made sure that we arrive by 7pm to be able to greet us, we made it by 6:30pm and had to self check in anyway (so what was the point of rushing us?) Also they use google translate to reply so sometimes communication was a bit hard.

The location was fantastic, 10 minute walk down to the lake and to the city centre. Very clean and spacious room with a great bathroom.

The bed frame js very light and so the bed was moving around as we were, haha. Not a problem though.

The owner was extremely friendly and he let us in 2 hours before check-in! (Thank you for that!) Room was clean, working air condition, comfortable bed. Car parking is approximately 6 minutes by walk from the room.

The person I communicated with over WhatsApp was rude and unhelpful. I arrived after 4 PM and was told I couldn’t use the private parking, which was not mentioned earlier. There was no flexibility or understanding, just cold responses. I felt unwelcome and frustrated from the moment I arrived. Communication was a big issue and made the whole stay unpleasant. I had a bad situations in that place. After I occupied the room trying to take a shower but there wasn't hot water. I tried to switch on the airconditioner but he didn't start. Also there was no remote control. Out side wes very noisy because of the wind. All night the window shutters rattled.

We had issues accessing the property in the evening and we were not able to reach the manager / owners until 7am the next morning. It turned out there was an issue with the electronic lock. The manager assured us this would be fixed immediately and did his very best to accommodate us (late checkout, full refund), but such an experience obviously isn’t great.

The room and location were good and clean. The manager was very apologetic about the issues we faced (see below) and refunded our stay.
