Very little to be disappointed about.

Staff, room and service were all exceptional. The included continental breakfast was excellent however note you will have to pay for cooked/additional items for traditional English/American breakfast.

The only thing that I would change is the color (green/yellow with trees) of the walls in our suite. I didn't find the color of our room relaxing and calm. The environment in the restaurant was lovely.

The service was outstanding. Dan went above and beyond to assist us with all requests. The hotel upgraded our room with no charge. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations.

An exceptional hotel in a superb location. We had the lovely suite no.8 with a great terrace. The room was spacious and well equipped, and a retro feel. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Hotel de’ Ricci! We had a comfortable and spacious room. The location was perfect, in a quaint little cobbled street near the river and within walking distance of all the major places we wanted to visit. The staff were wonderfully knowledgeable and we made full use of the bar.

Our experience was amazing beginning with a welcoming glass of prosecco after stepping through the front door. The staff arranged reservations for transportation and unforgettable dinners at special local places. We LOVED breakfast - who doesnt like cappuccino and pastry with fresh fruit, etc. It was a wonderful beginning to each day. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and loved coming back to a quiet, charming room. Hotel De Ricci made our stay in Rome unforgettable. Will happily return.

Wonderful small boutique hotel with the absolutely best staff! The entire experience was flawless and they were the most gracious and helpful hosts of any hotel! Would very highly recommend and hope to come back again!

I enjoyed everything about my stay.

Perfect location. Close enough to all the major sites but far enough from the crowds. Lovely area full of great restaurants, cafes and nice boutiques. So easy to get around. The staff was super attentive and booked all my outings even though I was always last minute. Aperitivo at the hotel bar at the end of my day was one of my favorite things, amazing selection of wines and delicious bites, sultry music and impecable decor. They also offer a delicious breakfast. I will come to hotel de Ricci whenever I’m in Rome. Many thanks to all the staff 🙏

Only dowside was the smell of cigars/cigarettes at the reception.

Excellent location, close to the mostly tourist attractions, restaurants and shops, incredibly friendly atmosphere, responsive and always willing to help staff. Breakfast also was good enough. The bad and pillows were comfortable.

That we couldn’t stay there longer.

Honestly the best service we have had in our life. The staff here were so accomodating and went beyond expectations. Our son was checked into hospital while we were staying there and the staff truly cared for our situation and made us feel that nothing was too hard for them to accomodate. The room was also beautiful, large, clean and the drop down tv was great also. If I could give them 11/10 I would.
