Relaxed, comfortable environment. Great Lake views, spacious bedrooms. Fab rooftop pool. Really enjoyed the food and dining options both inside and outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t catch everyone’s names but Stefan and Massimo were great as were all of the staff. Enjoyed the wine tasting event and piano. We also had a fantastic massage from Diego.

United KingdomOur fridge in our room didn't work and, although I was told by reception that it would be fixed in a couple of days, it wasn't. There wasn't an iron available when i asked at reception, in the evening. The hairdryer hadn't been attached to the bathroom wall, even though the design needed it to be, and so it made drying your hair really difficult! The bathroom flooded each time you had a shower. There needs to be some kind of lighting for the stairs that go up to the top floor so that people can see where they are walking if they need the loo in the middle of the night, without having to turn the main bright light on.
We stayed half board, so we had breakfast, tea and Dinner included. I thought that the dinner was exceptional for an all inclusive meal. Appetisers, salad and cheese were buffet style and then a small primi and secondi were chosen of a small menu, with a desert served afterwards. The wine that you could help yourself to was also lovely. The staff at the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous swimming pool, with amazing view. Spare towels up there would be great. The family room was really modern and lovely, but just had a few little design issues.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect: near ferry, and the funicular. Its great to spend more time and have time for the pool relaxing and also to visit funicular. The breakfast was good. Staff is really helpful and friendly. There is elevator, car parking and everything needed to have great time in the hotel. Clear and comfortable rooms.

United KingdomParking is a bit confusing in the multi-storey carpark next door, but i think in part thats because there is some construction work going on in the street which accesses the hotel.
Good service, good welcome from reception, and taking bags up to room, room was well appointed. Rooftop pool is great - great view across the lake. Dinner and breakfast are included (with wine for dinner), food was really good. Room was quiet at night which is always welcome. Would stay again.
