Noisy. Child in the upstairs floor was running up and down the hallway and it also sounded like he had on rollerblades. Little supervision. Made it difficult to sleep or rest peacefully.

Appartment is big, clean and well equipped. Situated in the centre of town with private parking place. So it is close everywhere. Sonia was really helpfull - we had punctured tyre on our car and Sonia managed repair on sunday, when everything was closed. I have to say big thank you to her!

No weaknesses for a weary Francigena walker.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. It was a top notch stay in a fantastic apartment. It was fully equipped and comfortable. It was modern and new. The host was very friendly and came right away when I was early (I'm walking the Francigena). The cost was a bargain, I've had much less for a much greater amount. There's a store within walking distance if you want to utilize the kitchen, and a kebab just down the street if you want an inexpensive filling meal. You can't go wrong here.

We loved this apartment and we especially loved our hostess Sonia. Perfect location with added bonuses of onsite parking, a washing machine and a wonderful view. We found a local fruit and vegetable market and cooked a delightful dinner in the well stocked kitchen. Sonia is a real treasure and will forever be a part of our adventure in Italy.

I must have read the description incorrectly when I booked - didn’t realize I was sharing apt. with another guest, but it was fine. We both had locks on our doors and private bathrooms.

Owner very kind and the apt. was nicely decorated. Everything clean and modern.

Really lovely. Perfect set up for us since we had the room with a separate kitchen space which was very nice when traveling with a toddler as it gave us a place to chat in the evening after she went to sleep. The shower was lovely and hot which was amazing as we were very sore from walking the first two days of the via Francigena. The room over looked and park, was quiet, and very comfortable.

All was great

SPOTLESS, and Spacious. Great communication with Host. Property looked new or newly renovated. Extremely nice neighborhood and was close to everything (walking). There was a washer available that we used which was a really great surprise.

Room was listed as having a private bathroom and maybe it did but you had to access it through a shared space. I couldn't tell if the bathroom was just for us or there just wasn't anyone staying in the other rooms. It did have the largest shower I have seen after more than a month of traveling in Italy!

Host was very communicative and arrived right on time to let us in. She also very kindly allowed us to use the washing machine which we appreciated greatly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice kitchen with snacks! We didn't see much of the city so can't comment on the location other than to say it seemed nice and there were several restaurants nearby.

Beautiful and clean place in the very center of the city. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Perfect and fast internet. The owner is extremely kind and available for anything you may need. Fucecchio is wonderful, 40 minutes away from any of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany - Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca.

a lovely spacious room. The apartment owner was exceptionally helpful to us in relation to problems with the late collection of our luggage by luggage transport service. Apartment was modern, clean snd airy. A great place with bars/restaurants nearby. Also is on via francigena!

Water pressure in the shower is very weak, so almost impossible to wash long heir. There was no hot water in the shower at 7AM. There is a private kitchen and a private batroom, but the apartment itself is not private, so when you get out from the shower you have to make sure that no strangers are passing in the corridor. In addition, we were 5 people and one of the beds was in a separate room, so my husbend went to sleep there because kids didn't want to sleep alone with strangers passing in the apartment. That room also had a smell of mold. If the structure of the shared apartment was just mentioned on booking, it could avoid the disappointment.

Private parking. Clean and decorated with a good taste. There was food in the kitchen to make some dinner and snacks for the breakfast.
