Spacious and clean rooms, not so many suits, so it feels cosy in hotel. Rahter good breakfast in a buffet format and with partial service. Free parking is a good benefit. Good option for short stay in a way to Venetian Riviera,

Very clean and tidy , lovely place. Local young italian staff workforce, educated , skill and ready to help / on request guide you about food, nearby restaurants, wine, cousine etc. Yes and about coffee too.

    Property response:

Dear Marin, Thank you very much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of our hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of our staff. It is always our pleasure to assist our guests with local tips, from restaurants and cuisine to wines and, of course, a good coffee! Your feedback motivates us to continue providing the best service possible. We look forward to welcoming you back to Del Parco Hotel in the future. Warm regards, Del Parco Hotel

The hotel had a fantastic breakfast, very nice staff, clean rooms, and was overall clean.

Rooms should be darkened at night, with curtains that completely block out light.

Everything is perfect. Very good quality hotel Well equipped, clean, nice smelling, good style rooms. Variety of breakfast, fast, attentive staff.

It wasn't like that. You don't always have to look for the bad when something is good.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. All in all, one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I've stayed in.

It's a bit dark in the room because there are a lot of local lights which is not enough. And it's not a great environment, but the location is great for various excursions in the area.

My wife and I spent one night at the Delparco Hotel. We have stayed at this hotel several times in a business double room. The Delparco is located in the quiet town of Butrrio. The hotel is ideal for short stays. The rooms are beautifully designed. The toiletries have a wonderful note of Middle Eastern orange. The breakfast is the best we have had the opportunity to try during our many stays in Italy in hotels. A large selection of fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries), a la carte selection of eggs, prosciutto and cheeses. Perfect espresso with breakfast. The Delparco Hotel can be a model for much larger hotel chains with higher categorization. The staff is friendly and attentive. The Delparco has earned itself the right to be our permanent resting place while traveling through that part of Italy. Well done!

    Nothing.

Where to start? Location is along the uninspiring main road between Udine and Gorizia in a mixed industrial/commercial setting, almost hidden and understated except for a stainless steel sign that is also a sculpture. The door is unmarked but glides open at your approach. The reception, lobby, and breakfast room are up one story. Staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful. The corridor to the rooms up one more floor has black fabric walls with brown carpet and spotlights over each room door. just wave the key card and push the door open to a large, well-designed room with lots of work space at a long desk, The bed is comfortable. Heating and air conditioning control is easy to use. Bathroom is simple elegance and the rain shower I wish I had at home--lots of volume, good rain pattern, endless hot water. And in the morning the breakfast is fabulous, a word I rarely use. Especially the fresh fruit: cherries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, even baby finger bananas, and the pineapple even tasted ripe (all too rare in most hotel buffets). The hot chocolate was full flavored, so you can add sugar as you wish. And there's a fine selection of pastry from the restaurant, croissants, and other goodies The entire hotel is fully accessible. But without a car, you are stranded.

You have to put a room key into a slot in the room wall to turn on electricity. Get an extra room key to fill the slot if you want to charge devices when you are not in the room. The staff at reception is very used to this request. Without a car, you are stranded. There is no on-site restaurant. The same management also runs the Trattoria al Parco in the village, also highly recomended and partly sharing the same staff and kitchen.
