Everything was amazing rooms location clean room with beautiful design

Every thing were wonderful

Nice place with modern touch. Coffee machine downstairs is a big bonus. The beach is near. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very quite. Overall it was wonderful stay.

There's obviously a problem with cyber security. There was a lot of fishing messages before and after the stay via Booking. According to Booking help line, the property has been hacked in June. It is not the property's fault, but it seems that it wasn't fixed. So, better to be mindful of it. Also, if you book the room for 3 and need a sofa bed to be done for your kid, don't assume that it will happen automatically. Better to remind in advance. The property is not attentive to details and there's no staff at the site all the time. It may take some time to fix it.

I spent four unforgettable nights at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The Demo Hotel is truly stunning—every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is excellent: peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach, a lovely park, and a variety of great restaurants. The nearby park makes this place especially ideal for guests traveling with a dog—our walks surrounded by greenery were a real highlight. The host, Mr. Piero, deserves special mention. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything you might need. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy lounge where guests can enjoy both hot and cold drinks in a relaxed setting. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, great location, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! From its beautiful design to the comfort of the bed and pillows. It is fully digitalized, so you can handle yourself the check in, the check out or entering the private parking. The common area in the lobby is very nice. I loved the massage chair and the coffee machine. Pier is a great host and also the ladies from Cleaning were very nice. They cleaned our appartment daily. Near the hotel there is a good restaurant - La Cappa, where you can have a very nice lunch or dinner. The beach is 3 minutes walking. The area is quiet.

Nothing we didn’t like

Everything about this hotel was excellent - the design was different to any other hotel I've ever stayed in. Our suite was very spacious with great thought given to our comfort. The facilities were excellent including the communal room with the free drinks, large TV, fuseball machine and also a washing machine if you needed it. The location was great, easy walking distance of the marina, the beach and; slightly further away but still walkable, the historical centre. Piero our host was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions etc.

We liked everything about this hotel.

Situated on the park and great for walks around town and to the beach Fabulous gym equipment and even a scale in our apartment ! encouraged us to be healthy Spacious and very modern Lovely communal area

Super cool hotel, room was well designed & thought out. Very clean & a beautiful welcome vase of flowers. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Owner was super helpful !!! Attention to detail was impeccable

It’s not a complaint at all but it’s not central as such, I was aware when I booked so was fully aware. But for those not driving just to be informed.

We had a great time in Rimini, the hotel was modern, very stylish and our host very generous and helpful. We had fresh croissants delivered to the door each morning and there were facilities to make drinks in the suite as well as the possibility to fetch additional drinks and snacks from the communal area downstairs. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and there is absolutely nothing negative that I could possibly write about. We visited Rimini immediately after the Easter break and everything was just getting started. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and made excursions in the surrounding area each day. Thank you!

The hotel is bright, modern and comfortable and close to the train station (20 min walk) and to a small beach (5 mins) or the main beach (15 mins).

Cool style, nice furnishings, lots of space in the apartment, washer and dryer available, and very clean! Wonderful find and a great stay right next to a small park! Bonus is a large shared space room with TV, music, beverages of all kinds, candy, foosball table, etc. fantastic hotel!

We were in the very modern penthouse. The penthouse has two terraces equipped with very modern lounges - one of them is huge and had a sunroof. Thanks to the sunroof you can even enjoy it outside when it's raining. The penthouse was very clean and hyper modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. We look very forward to come back.
