Nothing major to complain about—overall, a pleasant stay. I rated it a 9 only because the property is not very new and the kitchen is shared.

The property is well located, just a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini station and the Metro, making it very convenient for getting around Rome. It was clean, secure, and the host gave us a warm welcome with snacks, sweets, and drinks, which was a lovely touch.

The only issue I had was with the check in process. We tried to arrange the time in advance best we could, but we ended up having to wait about 40 minutes before getting in, which after a long, hot and difficult trip was a bit annoying. The lady was apologetic when she arrived, and I know things happen sometimes. Perhaps they could just find a slightly better check in system for the future.

It was a really nice place: well cared-for, perfectly clean and with a comfortable bed.

Unfortunately our AC stopped working on the last night. It would turn on for 5 minutes and then start flashing. Nothing that could’ve been done at 2am. It was just very unfortunate.

The room has a common kitchen what is handy when you need to put sth in the fridge. The apartment is really close to Roma Termini train station. It is nicely equipped. Air conditioned.

No fault of Dillo Suites, but one of the guests thought that cooking an odiferous piece of greasy meat and creating billowing smoke would be a good idea. It wasn't, and it took several days for the odor to dissapate. The water flow in unt 3 was very weak.

The host is very welcoming, the apartment is well organized and equipped with everything you would find at a hotel room; hairdryer, dental kit, bathroom necessities; we found a welcome basket at the room filled with different kinds of biscuits, chocolates, cakes, croissant... the commo area was descent and the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to prepare basic hot drinks; coffee, tea and hot cocoa. They even have the option to leave your luggage at the apartment afte check out. I would definitely consider this place again for future visits to Rome.

It’s in an area near Termini Station which seems a bit sketch, but the apartment is a diamond in the rough and for the value, you can’t beat the price!

One of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in in Rome and I’ve stayed in some very nice places in Rome. I hadn’t realized there was a shared kitchen/living area, but we’re pretty much stayed in our room the entire time.

The street it is in is quite dingy & edgy. However the actual hostel was the best we had on our 2 week stay.

I chose this accommodation because of the proximity to Roma Termini so the location felt a little iffy. But having said that, I didn't experience any issues. I felt safe inside the premises. The sound & conversation carried from the common area, but the other travelers were considerate of the quiet hours so it didn't affect ability to sleep.

Check-in was personal, convenient & efficient. The room & the common area were very clean & comfortable. So many nice touches in the common area such as umbrellas, candies, first aid kit, tourist information. The nice touches continued in the room, slippers, snacks, plus toiletries that cover anything a traveler forgot in the bathroom.

We stayed here for four days, and we are very happy that we chose these apartments. Not once did we regret our decision. The room was very clean and tidy. The towels and bed linens were fresh and perfectly ironed—just like in a five-star hotel. It was warm and cozy in the room, with hot water in the shower and all the essentials provided (towels, toilet paper, shower gel, and even little treats like cookies). It was very convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen where we could comfortably have breakfast before heading out for a walk around Rome. A huge thank you to Pino for the wonderful restaurant recommendation near the apartments—it was the best and most delicious restaurant in all of Rome! Their pasta was truly outstanding. Regarding the location of the apartments, it’s quite close to the metro (the nearest station is Manzoni, with Termini a bit further away). We found it easy to reach the city center both on foot and by metro. There is also a small minimarket nearby with all the essentials. We are also very grateful for allowing us to leave our luggage on the day of our departure. We are absolutely satisfied and highly recommend these apartments. Thank you! 😊
