Very difficult to find. Signage for the building was not near the entrance. Free Parking is not possible so had to leave the car in a paid parking lot which cost me an extra 18€ per day and lug suitcase through the streets ti and from the accommodation. We arrived after midday so there was no one at the property to help us. They are only there in the morning.

There is a slight technical noise from the boiler and water pump, but it is insignificant.

July 2025. The room was on the third floor, accessible by elevator. Spacious room with a coffee machine, kettle, and many convenient amenities. Air conditioning and internet, refrigerator. Comfortable, spacious bed. Quiet environment and good location. The hostess was very friendly and helped with all questions.

Alina is very helpful and answered all our questions to ensure we were comfortable. Great location and excellent cafe/restaurant across the street. Supermarket at our doorstep. We could walk easily to the major places of interest. We really enjoyed our first visit to Palermo and will return!

Lovely hostess that greeted me on arrival which I appreciated Apartment is in a Wonderful central location It was Very clean and a comfortable bed to sleep in. The street is quite noisy at nights but that is expected from being on a busy street central location. Thank you for my stay

Silly complaint but as two girls travelling, we would’ve appreciated a full length mirror in the room. The water from the air conditioning would also leak into the room. We soon learned that emptying a jug of water from the balcony prevented this from continuing to happen!

The location was wonderful! We were right in the city centre, walking distance to so many incredible restaurants, monuments, and such. Our host was also wonderful. She gave us a list of the top things to do and see in Palermo! She also gave us a great restaurant recommendation.

Palermo is a big city and can be quite noisy. It would be a great if the room could have noise-proof windows.

It is a simple room and good for a short trip. The breakfast at Cafe de Paris was a pleasant addition to our stay.

Apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, there were black hairs on the floor. If you want to come to this accomodation and have more than idk 90kg, you won’t fit through the shower door because it is so small. There is nothing in the shower where you can put shampoo also. The bed was not comfortable and the windows are DEFINITELY NOT SOUND PROOF. Bring earplugs. You can hear everything from the street. The apartment is the smallest I have ever been to.

Excellent stay in the center of Palermo. Walking distance to everything and very easy to access public transport as well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Alina was very welcoming and she ensured a smooth check in and check out process! Highly recommended!
