Room was clean but not enough space if you come for more then few days. Breakfast was only biscuits and croissant with coffee.

The road up the the place 700 meter is very steep and narrow

The wiew is stunning mountains and see, fantastic. For breakfast you can ask for eggs ham and chees if not you get the typical italien breakfast with lovely cakes. Dinner was homecocked and nice to a very good price. The rooms were big and confortable. The garden is big with olivetrees and figtrees. There are two small waterfilld boats perhaps more for children. They also have chickenns and ducks.

Peaceful and friendly. We had a lovely little pool to ourselves as most guests left for the day to explore. We had a two room apartment which was amazing value for money. The views of the surrounding countryside were stunning. We stayed for 2 days before heading to Santa Maria for a week by the beach. This was a great start to our holiday.

The bathroom only has a bath tub, and a shower would have been much more comfortable. The only night we spent there, they were having a celebration for a birthday. Even though the atmosphere and music were great, it just went into the night very late, live music and fireworks right next to our windows after 1am, we could not rest.

This property sits in a wonderful location with stunning views of the ocean and mountains. The building is beautiful, rooms are large and very clean with comfortable beds. AC works very well. We also ate there, the restaurant was very nice, good food and great service.

The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful, and they created a wonderful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and fresh and the local cusine dinner. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed ( by car)

We spent a week at this country home and found it to be a memorable experience. The property offers a beautiful ocean view, which lights up in the evenings from the small towns lining the coast. Upon our arrival, we enjoyed some wine and appetizers by the pool, which set a relaxing tone for our stay. Our hosts were so helpful, providing us with a list of local recommendations and even driving us to the car rental agency in town. Despite us not speaking Italian, we managed to communicate effectively using translator apps on our phones. The food was delicious too! Each morning, we looked forward to fresh pastries and tasty coffee. Dinners were equally enjoyable, featuring delicious local dishes paired with tasty wines. Overall, this place offered a great combination of comfort, scenery, and hospitality. With its nice views, quality food, and friendly service, we'd recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian vacation experience

nothing ! just be aware that the last 100m to the hotel is via steep small roads, but their signalisation is very good (arriving in the dark).

Everything was perfect

Everything is nice in this place. The rooms are just amazing and super clean. The view itself from the room and from every corner is amazing. About the people, the owner, Roberto, and Paola, his wife, are very kind, and this place it feels so nice also because of them. They have house made stuff, and the food is very very good. We wanted to stay one night and then continue our trip, but we stayed 3 nights. It's way better than promoting pictures. For sure we will return here.

The hosts were super nice and even super helpful and kind, when I had to deal with a problem on my motorcycle. I join the other reviews regarding the dinner they offer. I would come back any time and also have dinner there. For breakfast fresh cake was served, which I didn't excpect, but it exceeded my expectations! Thanks again to the hosts

The road in is steep and narrow and it is quite a challenge to arrive. The welcome was far from the friendly and we had an incident with the owners when they wanted us to throw out of the property. On arrival the owner (women) asked do we want a dinner and we said not for today and she got disappointed. After that she showed our room which was not what we expected, because on the website they put pictures for nicer rooms with a lot of space, while we got one with table cramped in the corner with no place to sit around. The kitchenette was locked in the room and opened only by request. The bed was foldable in the wardrobe with no side tables to put phone or other things. In the bathroom there was full trash bin from previous guests. When we made complains about room to the owner, she got very disappointed and said that we are the only clients who make complains. When we came back from the see in the evening we had a very unfriendly greeting from the owner (man). He greeted us in the fight mode and started questioning us why we have problems with the room. He got so excited and shouted at us to leave the property. Somehow we managed to calm him down and in the morning he tried to be nice when served the breakfast. The breakfast was only croissant or cake with coffee and packed biscuits from supermarket. This is our personal experience quite different from a lot of nice reviews. We certainly won't go back there again.

The drive up the road to reach the summit is quite scary if you’re not used to steep and winding roads and if you get lost. Advisable to have a 4x4 car and stay longer than one night. We basically paid for a beautiful view.

Nothing really. The road in is steep and narrow and could be an issue for some. I did not think is was an issue simply because I did not want to leave :D

From the check in to the check out, this places and hosts made us feel perfectly at home. Everything you need and more is provided, particularly if you have a little one with you. The views and atmosphere were worth every cent and could be enjoyed from breakfast to aperitivo and dinner. The hosts were fabulous and really show the effort and energy that they invest in making everyone comfortable and relaxed.
