The room is privately hosted by a very friendly Italian-Polish family (besides Italian, there is also communication in English and Polish possible). Communication via booking with the hosts before arrival and throughout our stay was excellent. They offered us to get and bring us from/to the airport and train station for a small fee (taxi would cost more than the double), and gave us a glass of freshly pressed juice from the oranges in the garden each morning. As the room wasn't booked otherwise the day of our departure, they offered my partner a late check-out, so she didn't need to run around town with her luggage. To get to the bathroom, you need to cross a small common entrance room, but the bathroom was all ours. The room is equipped with an AC, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet shower. There is a restaurant in the building next door and another one at the corner just 20m away. Both have good and affordable pizza. The location of the apartment is a bit further away from the city center, but we needed to be in that area, so for us, it was perfect. If you don't mind walking a bit to get to the center, it's a highly recommended accommodation.

Wifi dropped out a couple of times. The signage at the entrance needs to be better - it was hard to find the place initially.

Generous helpful owner. Brought fresh orange juice each day. I note the room comes with a nice private bathroom but it is not en suite.

The property is located next to the art museum of Capodimonte and the big park. It was a pleasant experience visiting these places. As for the property itself, it is on the second floor of the address provided. There is no sign outside so one should just go into the gate and go upstairs and find the room on the left. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is clean.
