Nothing to note about the room or the host. Suggestion regarding parking: You can park on the street in the blue zones, but finding a free space can be challenging. There is also the Nicoletti private parking garage nearby, which costs €20 per night and requires you to leave the key in the car. However, the attendant who collects the key did not inspire much confidence. We were fortunate to find parking in the blue zones on the street.

Our room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The nearby café served delicious croissants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Check-in was quick and hassle-free.

The breakfast is in a bar and only includes a cornetto and and coffe, would be nice to include a salty option. But bar is really nice, the food was good and the people super friendly.

Very early, pushy and stressfull check out. Kept being told off by the maid and then the owner during the first 15mins when we asked half an hour notice because we had a little baby and whilst the maid was busy cleaning the other rooms anyway. Very bad impression after a short wonderful stay after all.

Excellent location, parking just across the street, few minutes walk from the historic centre. Clean, brand new flat, spacious, very pretty design. I would definitely recommend this room, perfect choice for Matera, good value for money stay. Very easy check in and good communication with the owner.

The breakfast was provided by tickets for a local cafe. It could offer more things as the breakfast is included in the price . However the cafe had a high quality food and coffee .

The place was really nice located. Good price for value. It included breakfast at a nearby cafeteria. The facilities in the place were really nice and modern.

Hard to get to by car. Parking is expensive but you can drive up 5 minutes and try to find free spots. It’s an inconvenience with luggage though. An elevator would have been nice but that’s ok.

I am sorry we did not have a pleasant stay as we had a problem with the water. We understand that it was a breakdown in the street but the accommodation did not warn us and did not take the necessary measures. This meant that we were without water all morning which prevented us from taking a shower, brushing our teeth or going to the toilet in our room. Knowing this problem (the city council had already warned them) they should not have rented the room in these conditions. They did not give us alternatives and did not make it easy for us to extend our check-out time. It was very uncomfortable not having water in the room and having paid for it and not having been warned about it.

Very well located, the room was clean, everything was very new and the bed was very comfortable.
