The view is breathtaking and the location is very good, at the heath of all the attractions but still quite. The staff is very friendly, especially Franco helped with carrying our luggages. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Positano! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the sight of the sea and the colorful town was unforgettable. The location was perfect, and everything was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Bathroom could have been cleaner, no tea and coffee in the room. Needed to go to kitchen for this. Not the best products in the bathroom.

The view and the room were stunning. Location was fantastic, we significantly enjoyed the secondary beach compared to the primary. Staff were fantastic.

View from picture window was glorious, overlooking mountains and sea. Hotel is in the nicest quietest part of Positano. The hotel was very comfortable, we had a large room with a sofa and a private section of balcony with loungers. Breakfast was served in the garden. The staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful and even voluntarily carried our bags up hundreds of steps. Hotel is gated both from road and beach. Beach is reached by steps.

The facilities were excellent and the view amazing. The staff all had a pleasant and friendly manner. They took care to find out how we were arriving. For us this was by car. We parked where they suggested and strong young men carried them down the hill on arrival. Then up the hill on departure. When it rained we could stay in our spacious room and watch the view. Great location for us too,

Everything was just perfect

Stunning views from the bedroom, our veranda and at breakfast! Warm and friendly hosts who were responsive by email even before we arrived and had plenty of advice for where to eat and what to do. Great location too!

Nothing not to like . Stay was comfortable. The property is a little bit outdated and basic. Could do with some modernisation . Lots of stairs to and fro. But really that’s all of Positano.

Dimora Fornillo was everything we were hoping for in Positano, which was our favorite place in the Amalfi Coast! We got a room with a balcony looking over their lovely garden and it was worth every euro! The garden where we had very good breakfast and sat out in the evening was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and provided great advice on various matters: ferry, porters - see below for details - and a dinner at a lovely restaurant nearby ; "Il Saraceno d'Oro" . FERRY: keep in mind that Positano has a smaller harbor and that means that even when the weather turns a only little, there is a chance that ferries will be cancelled. The staff was very helpful in keeping us posted on what was going on with the ferries and assisting us with alternate taxi reservations in case of cancellation. At the end, we were very lucky and got on schedule to Amalfi. LUGGAGE/PORTERS: like most places in Positano, there is a lot and I mean A LOT - as in hundreds - of stairs to get to the hotel. We thought we were travelling light until then he, he so TRAVEL LIGHT! :-) . We did not know but you can contact them shortly before your arrival time and they will try to help you with luggage. On the way out they also recommended that we engage porters to get our luggage to the harbor and - while not cheap (15 euros per luggage) is also worth every bit!!! Fornillo beach was noted on the website to be 200 steps away. Be advised that it is more like over 300 steps/stairs. The beach is very rocky so I would suggest bringing flip-flops or water shoes.

The room was a good size. The balcony has lovely views of the town and the beach/water. Breakfast in the garden was very pleasant, The hostess was very helpful with travel arrangements, ect.

There were a lot of stairs, but this is Amalfi Coast! It would have been nice to have a screen door since there were mosquitos. There's nothing really I didn't like.

The location is between the beach and the town, so it is accessible and a good price. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the beach views! The staff is family and very respectful, plus friendly.

We loved everything about Hotel Dimora. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet. The views were stellar, the staff was so friendly and helpful to make our stay comfortable, the room was spacious for three adults. The breakfast was excellent with a perfect view. I can not say enough good things about Dimora. We felt right at home here, thank you for your hospitality!
