The structure is amazing, we loved the SPA with the pool, garden area where you can quietly enjoy a coffee, the position of the room with all the comforts and the area where the structure is located, which is perfectly away from both the city centre and the seafront in the port area.The staff is amazing and Dominique is a phenomenal host, she treated us like family and made us feel like we were home and not in the city as tourists.

The supplement for a balcony was a lot for a balcony you could not sit on. Steep steps to the front door would be a problem for anyone with restricted mobility

Great location, Dominique was wonderful, very accommodating and helpful. Excellent breakfast. We certainly will come back the next time we are in Brindisi.

Superb breakfast for an Italian hotel. Having savoury options for my wife who is pre-diabetic was very good. The choice of fruit and yogurt was also good. Having a jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing. We made full use of this. Comfy beds and the amount of space for hanging up clothes was also great.

A little dark in the hallways and rooms. Parking was a couple blocks away and €18 per night.

Dominique is a brilliant host and went out of her way to give us change for parking and accommodate our vegan dietary requests. The spa is open 24/7 and we had it all to ourselves coming back from a night out at 12pm (obviously respecting other visitors).

Possibly because of building constraits the corridors and rooms themselves are dark with few windows and not entirely satisfactory lighting. The spa appears to be run as a separate concern and Nettare guests did not have full access without paying extra.

A unique property where rooms have been thoughtfully designed and decorated. Dominique is a charming and helpful hostess. The shuttle service to the airport was a bonus.

We had such a warm welcome from Dominique and were made to feel at home straight away. She gave us recommendations for dinner and also looked up train times for us for when we moved on. The breakfast is tasty with plenty of continental options. We spent a few hours in the spa and had a massage. Would highly recommend.
