The staff were open to us leaving luggage which was appreciated. We had asked them if they could make a dinner reservation (as we were unable to do it) & they said no - communication was rather abrupt. Cleaning lady was very helpful.

The shower was leaking and flooding the bathroom

The location was great as the suite was in the historic centre of Lecce. We really liked the breakfast option where you get a ticket to a local cafe. The hot tub was a nice addition.

Very spacious and clean we had a great lounge area with big tv to relax in the evening. We also had two big bedrooms that were very comfortable for family trip.

We loved the location very central and close to everything we could walk everywhere and close to walk in with luggage from parking district.

The hotel itself is well signposted, but there is no one to meet you when you get there. We had to ring the hotel for someone to send us instructions on how to enter via WhatsApp. The shower head didn't stay in one place. Photos on Booking.com are slightly misleading I.e. the terrace etc.

Small room, but it had everything you needed. Spacious shower. Air-conditioning. Kettle. Location. Hosts were available when needed and organised a taxi for us. We had a few issues, but these were sorted quickly.

Parking it's an issue but this is not something related to the property. It would be great to have a designated (even paid) parking close by. The air conditioning was a bit loud but working properly. During the weekends there might be some noise until 12:00-01:00 am from the nearby bars. There is no lift, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it is the case for all properties in south italy.

Room and building are very well maintained and the check in and check out were very easy. The owener is very helpful and always communicated properly and in time. In general, beautiful room in a renovated aparment and a good value for money

The spa bath was fantastic but we noticed a little dirt coming from the pipes after we had used it. It didn’t bother us but wanted to tell them in case they needed to clean them more.

The only down side was because we had only just arrived into Italy and as foreigner's, we were not aware of the area being restricted for cars and our GPS took us into the restricted area, it was night and we did not see the sign but locals told us we will now be fined coming into the area and upon exiting the area. It will be an expensive exercise we have been told $300 to $1000 Euro. We were told where to park which was great but we weren't warned about the restrictions and that we can not drop our bags off before parking. We are taking responsibility off course for the error but it is helpful to other foreigners that are new to Europe to be warned of this.

We loved that we were located within the heart of the historic centre!! The room was great.

Poor contact from the property. Difficulty with getting them to answer calls or texts promptly. Booked two rooms and didn't keep up close to each other, despite asking well in advance. Despite pre booking a Cot prior to arrival as well as reserving parking prior to attending (both confirmed) Cot wasn't ready and then tried to charge us for it and parking was full. Then were advised where to park for free by the owner only to receive a parking fine.

Avoid this place!! Check in not on time Sewers smells in the bathroom Repetitive noises in the rooms from machineries upstairs during the night. It was really annoying. I found the cause (probably a pump located on the roof, over our room), send a photo and audio to the contact number I had. He said he did not hear anything when he came to the place and I was the first guest to complain (not sure reading some reviews) Took MANY hours to obtain an answer to my message, for the one I got. We never met any person for this "B&B" No informations were given regarding the jacuzzi or anything else
