The furniture is now a bit dated but the pros surpass the cons. Definitely it will not keep me from staying again.

The location, the gardens and the fact that you park infront of your room or shall I say infront of your door. A brilliant idea.

If I were to mention one small complaint, it would be the shower knob, which was a bit hard to turn. Also, during the night, it did get a bit too hot as it seemed like the a/c might have been centrally controlled. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend Ibis Styles to others.

It was a pleasure staying at the Ibis Styles. Everything was very good! The comfort level was very good and the colourful, modern decor really added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly helpful, ready to assist with a friendly smile. Breakfast was a treat with a big variety of items to choose from, catering to all tastes. Another bonus was the convenient parking near the room, making it easy to come and go as needed. The room itself was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location was fantastic too, being very central and just minutes away from other amenities. I particularly enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance to the Acireale Centro Commerciale.

Spacious, clean room with good amenities. Good air conditioning. Convenient parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet location, but only accessible by car. Excellent breakfast.

Disaster of breakfast and everything was empty and ask the staff and waited 40min to bring something . Came with friends and was a normal customer and thinking of it if I will come again because I was very disappointed about breakfast

The grounds were very nice but the location of the hotel was in a little bit of a weird place down a rough road off the highway.

Parking outside the room. Minimal but functional and comfortable. The hotel was surrounded by a very interesting, pretty garden. Walking distance to an authentic pizzeria.

Shower! Glass sheet into the room. What if I were travelling with my kids? So awkward! Shower and bathroom facilities could have easily been enclosed into one room....so why design the room with an open shower cubicle? Silly design. When making your booking, if this bothers you, make sure that you ask for an enclosed bathroom .... I believe some rooms do have closed bathrooms.

Parking! Definitely! You just drive in and park outside your room! What else can you desire when travelling by car? Sweet place, quiet and comfy enough for a quick stay.

The breakfast area was absolutely not up to the standard of an Ibis Styles hotel. It was quite dirty. Food was left on uncovered plates, and the lemons and oranges were moldy. The area around the coffee machine was disastrously messy. Overall, this was the worst Ibis I have ever stayed in. Even Ibis Budget hotels in Germany are at a higher level than this one.

The room was clean, although it could use a fresh coat of paint and some renovation.

They should really replace the old noisy beds. And stop advertising for "mountain view" when the only view is the parking, a wall and some bushes.

Clean room, but old creaky noisy bed. Good wifi and parking, good breakfast, view from the room is over the parking and the wall along a road. Pet friendly, cleaning staff very friendly, reception staff less so, a smile would be welcome. Location is near a small shopping mall, with only 1 restaurant in the neighbourhood (closed on Tuesdays).

The hot water and heating system was very bad, there was no change despite our warning.

The hotel had a well-planned structure. You could leave your car at the door of your room. Its garden could be called an arboretum.

As we expected, we got a big room, enough space to stay a few days with luggage, a very nice place for car parking, a good international breakfast with good coffee, everything is working.

A little bit far from the centre, uphill, needing taxis, although we did notice at the end of our trip that they rented out pushbikes!! Lack of English language television options, no access to Netflix nor Prime Video, even though we are subscribers.

Taxi pick-up arranged from Catania Airport (€65) was very convenient. The modern look and the artwork inside, the large and very comfortable beds, the helpful and pleasant staff at reception, the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff were great! A large supermarket and shopping centre located a 10-minute walk from the hotel - we really needed it!! Good air conditioning, easy to use SAFE… low level building with ramps for wheelchairs and suitcases with wheels.

The hotel is in a quiet location and there is the possibility to park in front of your your room. The room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and service is good. The atmosphere is calm and serene.

Bed was rather uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Room could do with a deep clean as it was quite dusty under the bed and mini fridge.

Limited facilities - no gym, no place to run - hotel is located on a narrow road with no sidewalk, no easy walking access to town.

Great breakfast spread, many choices, some local foods and produce. Good size room, comfy beds. Staff was helpful, trying to fix issues and gave us good restaurant suggestions.

The breakfast wasn't that great! The boiled eggs were served twice cold, the scrambled eggs looked like they have been cooked for days, and the cocktail sausage was very cold! The rest was good !

It was a very quiet location, and that it had modern furnishings!
