How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

I had booked a different room than I ended up in. It was fine but I like knowing what to expect.

Klaudia was very accommodating. The room was comfortablee and clean, with access to a courtyard and a shared pantry and laundry. Convenient location on a quiet street.

We had a brilliant time at Domo Sofia. Klaudia was a great host - she got in touch before we left the UK, was super responsive on whatsapp and sent us a huge list of her favourite bars and restaurants, which was so helpful. We were delayed arriving and she was super understanding. The apartment itself was really nice and modern - a big, comfortable bed, air con, a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a good shower. The shared kitchen was really useful, especially the chance to freeze bottles of water overnight as it was so hot. The location was great. Very close to the centre of Cagliari marina area and minutes walk from great bars and restaurants and from Piazza Yenne. The only thing was the walls between apartments were a bit thin. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful room with balcony. Convenient to all local attractions...excellent kitchen facilities...home from home. Claudia was excellent and so helpful with local places to eat and visit.Highly recommend.

Finding parking was not really easy. In the end we found parking a 10 minute walk away (at Parcheggio Porto), so it was okay.
Fantastic room in a very nice part of the city centre. Very good location! Claudia was very helpful. Beautiful terrace.

This place is beautiful - clean, spacious, modern, great air con plus a lovely terrace for a morning coffee. Bed was super comfortable and I got such joy from opening the doors to the balcony in the morning and getting back into bed whilst listening to the city wake up! I felt so relaxed here!! Klaudia was a dream and was so helpful on check in, plus also sent lots of recommendations for the local area (which were fab!) and was easy to contact. The location was perfect, easy to walk to all areas of the town plus near to the bus station for the beach. I didn’t want to leave and will be back soon!!

Everything Great facility, rooms, beds super comfy, great terrace, location right in center with loads of bars and restaurants near by. Best one I stayed in for long time. Klaudia the host went beoynd pointing out interesting things to see an reccomented very good restaurants and helping us in any way 👌

Central location, great hospitality and perfect facilities. There's a great view from the shared terrace of the appartment. Everything was perfectly clean and the hospitality of Claudia was over the top :) Definitely recommended.

Well it's a bit nitpicking, but I wish I could have a pan or a pot at the kitchen which I could use. But that's really just a minor thing. This place is perfect!
The hostess is one of the best I have. She's so friendly, great in communication, and made me feel home at the apartment I second I met her. She also gave me a must of restaurants and beaches I should go, which was the best!!! The location is the best, 10 mins away from train station, bus stops, surrounding by all restaurants and bars and shops. The room is spacious and fully renovated. The shared kitchen and balcony are always clean, seriously if I would travel back to Cagliari, I will certainly book this place again!

Great location, gorgeous room, fantastic terrace and very helpful check in staff. Bear in mind that these are rooms in an apartment, not a hotel so you will need to meet someone from the property there so they can let you in. All very easy but don't expect to turn up to a reception!

Very nice rooms. Perfect location, at the centre of Cagliari and very close to the station and lots of traditional restaurants and nice bars. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Not really relevant but maybe can be useful to improve: the fabric of the bed sheets was polyester, change with cotton ones and have two pillows each (one tall and one thin).
Everything went smooth and the property was great.
