Fantastic hotel. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us in every way possible. We were brought up from the station within a few minutes of arriving at Vico equense station. I highly recommend you take advantage of the suttle to the station when arriving with your luggage. Most of the other times we just walked. As the other reviews stated the hill is step and can be tough in the August heat, but we were fine with it. The hotel is in a very quiet area, and had a good choice breakfast. We had the family room which was clean with a good minimal design. The food and the view on the top floor restaurant and bar are amazing and well priced, you should try it at least once during your stay.

We stayed at a lovely accommodation located in a quiet little town just a few kilometers away from the lively center of Sorrento. The location was peaceful and well-connected, with easy access to the train line that takes you directly into Sorrento and beyond. Our room was simple, with a small bathroom — nothing fancy, but clean and functional for our stay. One downside was the drink prices, which were quite high, especially at the rooftop bar (similar to what you might find in Amalfi). A big shout-out to Marioto, who made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, he even prepared a small takeaway breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful touch. One thing to keep in mind: the taxi ride from the hotel to the train station (about 800 meters away) cost us €35, which felt quite overpriced for such a short distance.

We truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They were also very helpful in sharing information about the area and recommending must-visit spots. I loved the rooftop, especially with the sunset. Really recommend this place if you are visiting Sorrento/Vico Equense. Thank you for everything

The morning scrambled eggs were variable in quality. Walking to the hotel required persons to go up steep roads or steps, however, that is the nature of the steep towns in the area and the prominent views from the hotel.

The view of the north-west facing rooms and the rooftop bar/restaurant was perfect. You could see all of the bay of Naples and sunset from the balcony and rooftop bar. The food was really good. The roof had a small pool (not large enough for swimming) which had a great view and was very comfortable on the hot days. The train station was only a 15 minute walk away.

The breakfast was very poor, the food in the restaurant was not good, the child did not eat, but we are grateful that they took the price off, because they did not cook it as ordered, the cocktails were also not good. The waiters did their best to serve, but unfortunately they did not know how and it was obvious that they had not undergone special training. The water in the pool smelled very much of chlorine, we only swam once in four days. The city was not touristy, walking down from the hotel was very dangerous, because there were no sidewalks and you had to walk down the street next to cars that were driving fast. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but the pictures left a better impression in terms of service and level. Also, there was a mention of Michelin on the website, which could not correspond to reality.

The service at the reception was very good, the view from the room was very beautiful, the view from the rooftop was also very beautiful, there was parking, which was very convenient and that was mainly why they chose this hotel.

Evening food good although choice might benefit from wider selection if intend to eat there every evening. Some god restaurants in the town. Breakfast served in pleasant area and good offering.

Staff welcoming, knowledgable and helpful made for a good stay - thank you. Location at top of hill a climb but great view. Plain but clean accommodation and good value. Location worked well with busy train link around Naples bay and boats to Amalfi coast, Capri etc.

Mena, Maddelena and Mario at the front desk were awesome. Very helpful in anything we asked them. They arranged our day trip to Pompeii which was excellent.

The hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mario who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooftop bar and restaurant are great with an amazing view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. Beautiful sunsets.

Drinks very pricey, a seriously steep trek back to hotel if on foot! Room quite basic given the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss with quality and quantity. Had to pay for drinks on the room, not ideal remembering what you’ve had on the last day…

Views to die for!! Lovely staff, clean. Restaurant food lovely - ate there twice.

Such a wonderful hotel, friendly staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were helpful with train and bus times, excursions, shuttles to the station, and a smile every time they greeted you. The hotel is up a steep hill (about 10/15 walk to station) but the shuttle service from the hotel was brilliant). Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and we had the most amazing view from our balcony. The roof terrace is lovely but we were out sightseeing so much we sadly didn’t get time to enjoy these facilities. It was a perfect location to visit the Amalfi Coast - trains to Sorrento and Naples (stopping at Pomdpei).

We had a one night stay at Domo 20. It’s in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of Vico. Mario at the front desk was super helpful and saw to our needs. The roof top bar is lovely, we enjoyed a drink while looking at the sun set behind Ischia. Our bed was very comfortable and toiletries were abundant. Breakfast was a lovely spread!! We definitely recommend Domo 20

There was enough space in the room for 2 adults and 2 big children. The beds were very comfortable, Incredible view from Rooftop bar. The breakfast was very tasty with real Italian cappuccino. The staff was so polite and helpful.
