Really spacious room, clean with all necessary inclusions with a bathtub as a nice addition. Nice quiet street walkable to Spanish Steps in 15mins. Electric system was simple to use with easy instructions just have to make sure you have access to WiFi/data.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that added up and slightly impacted our experience. On the first night, there was no hot water after a long flight, which was disappointing, but we received a credit for that night, which was fair on their part. Additionally, the cleaning staff accidentally took our pajamas with the sheets – luckily, they found and returned them, but it added to the feeling of inconvenience. Cleanliness was also somewhat lacking, especially under the bed.

Spacious, comfortable room with a gorgeous bathtub, and a quiet, excellent location near Villa Borghese. Everything is self-managed, from check-in to check-out, and the staff was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or issues.

The whole automation entry is great, but I can’t imagine what would happen if your phone is out of battery and can’t charge it anywhere. No physical key has its pros and cons.

Maybe breakfast would have been a good idea, as we are a family of three young children. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

The location is in a lovely neighborhood with lot's of amenities. Near the center, but at the same time peaceful and quiet. Every area in Rome was accessible with the city buses, as there are various bus stops nearby. The staff was very helpful and anytime we needed their help their response was swift and polite.

- it's not necessarily a must, but I think it would be really useful if there was also an iron in the room. - also, since the check-in is at 3pm, you don't have a place where to store your luggage in case you arrive earlier (only the common area, in the hallway), however this is not a deal-breaker since there are public lockers around the city, so you can leave your things there.

I stayed for 3 nights and I can say that the room was exactly what I needed. - it was pretty big, overall it had everything you might need - they cleaned daily and changed the towels - the air conditioning was functioning great (although outside were 37 degrees, in the room was always cold and pleasant) - it was pretty quiet during the night, so I could sleep very well - the wifi worked great, didn't have any problems - it's very close to Galleria Borghese and MACRO museum, and it's a 20 minute walk to the Piazza di Spagna.

The remote entry to the building was problematic as we lost power on our phone. The property was fantastic and resolved it.

The room was charming and comfortable, we loved the meticulous modern design and especially the perfect shower. It is obvious that every detail was thought of. In the common area there is a beautiful and comfortable kitchen and a charming living room. The entrance to the building and the room is through a link sent to the mobile and it was easy and smart. The hosts were available and responsive to requests.

Our stay at Youroom Abruzzi exceeded all expectations. Situated in a posh, central area, the modern and spacious accommodation was a true gem. The interior design exuded sophistication, with every detail meticulously curated to create an inviting atmosphere. The sumptuous bed ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the wonders of Rome, while the bathroom was a sanctuary in itself, boasting a gorgeous bathtub. Coupled with the convenience of a smart TV, our evenings were spent unwinding in utmost comfort. Federica's constant availability via WhatsApp added a personal touch, catering to our every need. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to this stylish haven on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

It was quite hot in the room but we noticed that many properties in Rome are all too hot in the winter and shoulder seasons in general. Also pillows were rather high but they quickly gave us soft ones. Our room was facing the road so we could hear cars go by in the morning, but if you're not as sensitive you'll be more than fine just asking for a courtyard room.

Clean, spacious room. Great walk-in walk-out shower and double sinks were a nice bonus. The apt is very nicely designed, minimal and comfortable. Coffee machine in the communal area was much appreciated. A nice find!

Excellent communication with host, clean room and great location. I would highly recommend this place for couples, it has coziness and its in quiet area. There are excellent restaurant nearby, taxi and bus station are close as well as all main attractions. You will need public transportation only for Vatican City or in case you are going to the main train station/ or airport. Overall great place to stay for even greater price.
