2 or 3 flights of stairs up to apartments so be aware if you have mobility issues. Taxi/car access a little tricky due to one way narrow street, so liaise with host before arrival/departure for best access.

Great location in old part of town. Convenient to walk to all major sites or buses. Kitchen well equipped, beds very comfy. Balcony on top floor apartment was great. Very good value for money - we were three friends travelling together and could comfortably afford both apartments so we had a bedroom and bathroom each.

There are 6 flights of stairs and no lift so keep that in mind if you travel with heavy luggage

It was quite cold, it took a while to get the apartment heated up as the floors are stone and very cold.

We loved the location of this property in the town as you could walk to everything. It was also very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was also very helpful coming to meet us and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and gave us all the tips of what to see and do in the town.

Located right in the town centre, we found this accommodation to be really excellent in terms of space, facilities, charme and very friendly owners.

Really nothing at all. Perhaps fresh towels after a couple of days but I was able to wash in washing machine.

We were amazed at how spacious it was. Every facility you could wish for. Great location. There were stairs but not too many to climb.

Apartment is clean and well equipped, the addition of a terrace is a real bonus. The location is right in the centre of town. There is a fantastic morning market less than two minutes walking distance selling fresh local produce, delicious fruit and vegetables. Butchers and fish shop also near by and a supermarket for essentials and wine just a few more minutes away. Great location for visiting Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana with Villa Adriana just a short local bus ride. Some great restaurants in walking distance too.

It is difficult to find parking as it is a very small street with no parking at any time but we were informed of this in advance and Pietro and Alessia were very kind to help us with this.

It was a very spacious, super clean apartment and exactly as advertised. The hosts Pietro and Alessia were very friendly, welcoming and waited patiently for us to arrive as we were running late to meet them. They answered all our questions and shared lots of great tips about the area (sightseeing and dining options). They are were quick to respond to any questions we had while we stayed there. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the apartment very much and often sat outside on balcony/patio every night and listened to the church bells near by. The location is perfect as it is close to everything and within walking distance. The apartment is on a quiet and safe street, as we often walked at night for a drink or ice cream. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this very nice property and would love to come back and spend more time here.

The appartement Albula of Tivoli Charming Houses is situated in centre of the ancient and charming town of Tivoli. From the outside it doesn't look to exiting, but inside we found the most modern and beauitiful decorated appartement. We felt at home imidiately. On our arrival we were very well received in a personal and friendly manner by the hosts, Pietro and Alessia. Pietro gave us lots of information on what to do and what to see in an excelent english (which is not too common i Italy) The appartement has a personal touch, enough space for a small family, and it was spotless clean and very well equipped for a long stay, including washing machine on the top of the staircase. The beds were very good, and gave us good nights sleep. There is also and terrace where we enjoyed the warm autum evenings with a glas of wine and an evening meal. We would have loved to stay much longer. The appartement is in the middle of the town, yet very quiet surroundings, and it's less that ten minutes walk from the railway station with good connections to Rome Central Station. Highly recommended.

A lovely place right in the centre of Tivoli, run by very nice hosts. Furniture in a friendly, welcoming design. Lot's of space, except maybe in the bathroom. Very good location to discover Tivoli, big parking is close by
