Wifi inside the room varied from decent to non-existent so had to move around the room to use the internet. This is likely normal with these old buildings that you often see in Rome. The hotel is on a small street with an adjacent street blocked off making taxi pickup/drop-off to door tricky, so we would often walk a couple blocks to a bigger road to make it easier for pickup.

Good location with easy walking distance to sights, cafes and grocery stores. Staff very helpful and speak good english. Rooms are modern inside.

The stairway to the hotel rooms was dirty and run down, and as the first point of contact diminishes a bit the experience. Its in an old building though and understandable that rundowness exists but perhaps a bit more effort needed.

It wasn’t much - small room, no blanket just a sheet, bathroom was small, didn’t have a toilet roll holder that worked and shower didn’t have a shelf - no amenities

Noise isolation was hell. You could hear the other rooms and cleaning staff as if they were standing right next to you. Curtain did not close completely because of defect so there was a lot of light. Wholes in the sheets. Everything hang lose: shower thing, toilet thing, bathroom closet, lamps, ... Overall the most important things were ok, but for €210/night I would expect all to be perfect. Maybe it is just Rome standards for this price. We had the feeling that they do not invest in keeping the room facilities ok.

Toilet didn’t flush. (It did sometimes) But this was an easy fixable issue, probably solved. The toilet when it flushed during the night was really loud, felt like I work up the whole building.

The building looked extremely sketchy, there soundproofing was really bad and the staff tried to get in our room before check out.

Facillities, room described as having kettle, but you have to ask and only two available for the whole hotel, Mini bar ,but empty, so basically a mini fridge, stated as bottle of water in room on arrival but none there. Only small things but dont put them on the room description if not really available
