Everything was fine. On the last day, there was a lack of communication with the owner (I had a question about the airport transfer), but we can probably explain that to the bad side of the app, and it certainly didn't spoil the overall impression.

Issues with front door handle and lock

The door to the apartment wing was difficult to unlock.

Very clean and modern room. The kitchen facilities were amazing; had everything I needed to cook. Bed was small, but very comfortable. AC worked great. Host was very helpful. Location is very central (can see the Colosseum from the street) but not too loud. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport.

Property is very clean and tidy. There’s a small lift that is really helpful with luggage. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Close to great eating places. Close to places of interest with others easily accessible with bus, tram and metro near by. Our host Piercarlo was a delight to deal with.

Pierre Carlo was very helpful. He went out of his way to meet me at the apartment earlier than the check in time because I arrived early. He gave advice where to eat and where the nearest supermarket wad.

There is a lot of noise happening. The room is on the ground floor and you can hear everything. From cars, people shouting, and a mechanic's car repair shop that is just across the room.

The location was great, the host was amazing, and the bed was comfortable.

The only downside is that you can’t really sleep in. The window faces a street with a car service station, and it gets loud in the morning.

This is the best option I’ve found in Rome: 2 minutes from the Colosseum, a 24-hour supermarket, and lots of cafés and bars. We shared the kitchen with other people living in the apartment, but I don’t see it as a downside. The room has everything we need: air conditioning, wifi, plenty of space. The apartment owner is a separate advantage - friendly and always ready to help with anything. Communicating with him was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, walking distance to Colosseo and the Roman Forum. Very close to a non-stop Carrefour shop, a bunch of restaurants and bars (the host offered us a voucher for 5%-10% discounts for some of them), bus and metro stations. Modern room with a private bathroom, available heater/cooler device, hairdryer, TV. Clean and well-equipped shared kitchen. Late check-in is available for a fee. Marcello was very friendly and helped us with the check-in the night we arrived, and Piercarlo was always in contact with us for any information we might have needed, be it related to the room or to sight-seeing, restaurants, etc. He even compiled a list with good places to eat, drink, have gelato, etc.! Please note that it is quite an "independent" stay; after check-in, you manage yourself (this means no cleaning service as well), but the host is there for any questions. The rooms are at street level, so be mindful of this aspect when keeping the windows open. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Very good contact with the host, not only about the apartment but also about tips on getting around Rome. Apartment was clean and spacious, there is a lift in the building so no need to carry suitcase, shared kitchen was very helpful as well.

Though the place was immaculate. When I dropped something and moved the bed to look for it, that was pretty dirty so that was the only downside but it did not dampen my stay at all. All in all, a wonderful stay.

I cannot fault the place. Everything was so white and bright. It was minutes away from the Colosseum so I have no complaints. It had a kitchen which meant i could have a cup of tea every morning and night. It was a very pleasurable stay and I would stay there again. The host was very lovely and helpful and gave me advice, I was provided with all the closes and best restaurants, supermarkets etc. It made my stay very easy and relacing. Excellent location, walking distance of Roma Termini (20min) and all points of interest within the city. Very well equiped kitchen with coffee, washing machine and soap, etc. Friendly and helpfull staff.
