Everything was great. Excellent location, cleanliness, security... The room is small, just enough for a single traveler.

Everything was fine. On the last day, there was a lack of communication with the owner (I had a question about the airport transfer), but we can probably explain that to the bad side of the app, and it certainly didn't spoil the overall impression.

Nice, clean and modern looking room. AC worked great, bed was comfy, good facilities. Great location, close to restaurants and colosseum, other points of interest easily accessible by bus. Helpful host, all recommendations and advice were much appreciated

Issues with front door handle and lock

Very clean and modern room. The kitchen facilities were amazing; had everything I needed to cook. Bed was small, but very comfortable. AC worked great. Host was very helpful. Location is very central (can see the Colosseum from the street) but not too loud. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport.

The door to the apartment wing was difficult to unlock.

The apartment was great, clean and tidy. Location was perfect, there was even a bus stop right infront of the building. Host was helpful and fast to respond to messages.

Clean tidy, and the host was very gracious and even checked us in very late at 2:30am! Was always checking in to make sure our stay was comfortable. Also gave us recommendations which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

More plug sockets, there are the smaller size tho.

The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, which was important to me. The facilities were thoughtfully set up for travellers, including an equipped kitchen with modern appliances, laundry and ironing equipment, and useful supplies provided in the cabinets that I didn’t expect but were really helpful. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning made a big difference during my summer stay. The fresh, renovated interior design created a calm and pleasant atmosphere, which was a nice contrast after long days in the busy, crowded streets at work. Staff were helpful and responsive. They assisted with my late check-in, and the information they sent in advance about local restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket was practical and saved me time. They also followed up during my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I found convenient. Overall, it met my needs well and was a practical choice for my trip.

Everything was super, te room was super clean, location was super to just do everything on foot & the staff was fenomenal. Next time i am in romr i will definently get a room here again.

Property is very clean and tidy. There’s a small lift that is really helpful with luggage. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Close to great eating places. Close to places of interest with others easily accessible with bus, tram and metro near by. Our host Piercarlo was a delight to deal with.

Great location, great facilities, very helpful host. We had been travelling for over four weeks by the time we arrived here and it is by far one of the best places we have stayed. It was a treat to have access to a free washing machine and a fridge, with great facilities in the bathroom. The host gave us a list of local recommendations which were really useful too (we went to two of the recommended restaurants which were wonderful). Highly recommend!

Pierre Carlo was very helpful. He went out of his way to meet me at the apartment earlier than the check in time because I arrived early. He gave advice where to eat and where the nearest supermarket wad.

Convenient location to trains and attractions. It's a room inside a large apartment with a shared kitchen area. it worked fine for us.

The location was great, the host was amazing, and the bed was comfortable.

There is a lot of noise happening. The room is on the ground floor and you can hear everything. From cars, people shouting, and a mechanic's car repair shop that is just across the room.

It was incredibly close to the coliseum. It felt safe overall. Nice to have access to a washing machine. Host was incredibly helpful and kind.

The listing did not include the fact that the washing machine and kitchen were shared, and our bathroom was private but not attached to the room itself. We learned this upon arrival that our room was the only one without an attached bathroom. The shower also needed a good deep clean.

This is the best option I’ve found in Rome: 2 minutes from the Colosseum, a 24-hour supermarket, and lots of cafés and bars. We shared the kitchen with other people living in the apartment, but I don’t see it as a downside. The room has everything we need: air conditioning, wifi, plenty of space. The apartment owner is a separate advantage - friendly and always ready to help with anything. Communicating with him was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this place.

The only downside is that you can’t really sleep in. The window faces a street with a car service station, and it gets loud in the morning.
