Everything was simply excellent. We were welcomed with genuine warmth — the host received us as if we were longtime friends, always available and full of great suggestions. The location is perfect, the space is very well maintained, with generous areas and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back.

Fabio was an amazing host. He helped get our car parked and on the walk over to the apartment, pointed out where to go and what to do. The apartment itself was stunning. So beautifully maintained and in a perfect location.

Beautifully decorated with antiques in a perfect location. Out host Fabio is amazing and accommodating. Impossible to overstate how wonderful this apartment is. Please do not hesitate to stay longer. It is really a gem. Better than the pictures show, which is rare.

We were a bit disappointed we weren’t able to do a load of washing as there was no powder/ liquid provided.

Amazing location in the centre of town (although still quite quiet and very private), super luxe apartment in design and amenities. We loved being able to look over the piazza and watch the hustle and bustle from afar. After facing many stairs in Italy, we were grateful for the lift too!

Just a small problem with the electricity meter while we were there - easily fixed by Francesco. It is an old building so the A/C is not as efficient.

Beautiful old property in the centre of Modena overlooking the cathedral and tower. Francesco was very welcoming and had some good tips for local restaurants. Complementary breakfast was included at the bistro downstairs!

We loved everything !!!!!

This apartment was absolutely incredible in a safe and secure building right off the piazza with an ever changing view of the duomo and piazza..the town itself kept us busy for two days and the food and people we met here in Modena, as you would expect was 100% ..Fabio was the consummate professional and very friendly host and we appreciated him meeting us at his private garage 4 minutes from the apartment which was a real bonus as we had a car. There was nothing we needed in the apartment which was well stocked and I would compare this to a $1500 to $2,000 a night one bedroom suite in grand hotels (I say this as a lifetime platinum starwood/marriott member who is well traveled in Europe. Thank you again Fabio for the privilege of staying here. Your attention to detail, great communications and friendly nature is exactly why we return to Italy time and time again. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate one second to secure this property

by far the best accommodations we’ve had in Europe, this apartment was downright lux. the location is right on the main square (Piazza Grande), walkable to all of centro. There are many cafes and shops right out the door. The historic marketplace filled with produce, cheeses, meats and baked goods is just around the corner. The owner, Fabio, is gracious and available for all questions. He and his wife met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the facilities. The apartment is not a typical rental; rather, it is filled with amazing art including originally frescoes on the ceilings which have been lovingly restored to their original brilliance. the windows open onto the square and provide a unique vantage point from which to see Modena. The kitchen is functional (though you’ll likely be eating out all the time with all the restaurants nearby!), with an expresso maker, full stove, etc. The bed is comfortable with quality linens. I cannot express enough how lovely this apartment is, and how happy we are to have stayed in it. Also, Modena is a charming, untouristic Italian town.

The location is excellent, the apartment which is a fusion of medieval and modern interior, gives you wonderful feeling to stay in. It is in the heart of the city beside Duomo Cathedral. The owner Fabio, explained very well about the history of the place and suggested couple of good restaurants to enjoy pleasant meal.
