We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

South KoreaThere's no open reception so we had to meet up with the staff in person, keeping in contact when exactly we will arrive at the accommodation, which is always not easy to do when traveling. And the fridge in our room was not working. But except for those everything else was nice.
I think this place deserves higher ratings. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The room had newly renovated facilities including AC and smart TV. The little private kitchen and a bathroom was useful. Close to the beach, Amedeo metro station, and good restaurants.

United KingdomThere was no fridge. The safe was located in the wardrobe not fixed so could be picked up and there were no mugs or cups, only espresso size cups.
Wonderful location and accommodation ideal for a city break. We booked 4 rooms. The aircon didn’t work in 3 but the host, Matteo, soon sorted the repairs and was always available to help.

GeorgiaThe bathroom glass doesn’t look fresh… the kitchen has an uncomfortable old coffee machine, which pours water all over.
Located in a calm, cozy district near cafes, restaurants and shops. Designed in a 1980-ies style. The contact person, Simone is a very hospitable guy, being always responsive and helpful.

LatviaLike in most hotels and guest houses electricity is working only when the card is inserted in the keycard system, so what is the point of having refrigerator when it’s not working when you are not in the apartment! We travelled away from Naples for two nights and of course all of our food in the fridge went bad. We were instructed to wash the dishes before leaving but there was no soap and dish washing sponge. There was also no cleaning and towel change for the whole stay.
The location is amazing, the apartment is very new and clean, beautiful interior design. Giulia who showed us the apartment was nice and friendly. We would definitely come back!

United KingdomVery welcoming staff, brilliant location in a beautiful Chiaia district. 3 min walk from Amedeo station and can go all the way to Sorrento and Pompeii from there. Me and my gf were here for 6 days and it was the perfect base to explore Naples and the surrounding area, for the price it is everything you need 😎😎

HungaryThe apartment had several major problems that made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with large patches of black mold on the walls and ceiling. This isn’t just a cosmetic issue—mold like this is a serious health risk, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory conditions. On top of that, I found cockroaches in the apartment, which is completely unacceptable in any rental. Noise was another constant issue. I could hear loud sounds from both neighboring apartments and the elevator at all hours, making it difficult to sleep or relax. Before check-in, you’re required to sign a contract that holds you financially responsible for even minor damage, such as accidentally breaking a glass. This felt excessive and added unnecessary pressure during the stay. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained and unhygienic. I would not recommend staying here.
The location is really great and Matteo, the host the company sent was very kind and helpful.

SpainI come often to Napoli but I will never stay in this apartment again. I had a very bad experience because the apartment needs the electronic card to turn on the light and when I left the apartment I forgot the key inside, inserted in the light slot. In order to get in back, the rules of the apartment are that you have to pay 50 euros for them to open you the door. If you lose the card, the fee is 200 euros. I refused to pay and they left me without keys the entire night and I couldn't leave the apartment and was terrible sleeping without air-conditioned until the check out. I don't think that's the correct way to treat a customer.
