I did not appreciate the breakfast, which was too poor for a 4-star hotel. There was no real bread (only pre-packaged slices) and no fresh fruit, and the quality of the pastries was low.

I appreciated the hotel's location—not too far from the historic center, yet quiet, with a beautiful panoramic view and parking available. The staff at the restaurant was very helpful.

The sofa for the third pax was not comfortable

The staff is professional and great! The hotel and the views amazing. They welcome us and our pets like old friends. The only thing that need to be addressed is that the room for 3 adults cannot provide a sofa thats really uncomfortable for a grownup. Anyway i hope we can return soon because the hotel is great!

Receptionist : either disliked us, people who arrive on bicycles or working in hospitality. We're getting bye with our Italian, hand gestures and a few smiles, not with this guy. Then wanted 10 euro to put our bikes in huge empty garage. His colleague in morning was more approachable.

A bit farther from city center than I thought (not in distance but certainly in elevation. It isn't a major tourist destination so if you aren't capable of speaking Italian you might have difficulty and access is restricted after a certain hour so you have to buzz security to let you in.

The views are stunning. Price is good.

No evening food. You cannot walk into town, need a car. The air con was a little crazy, you had to open the windows to get the air on to turn off which was a bit odd.

the property is located almost in the city of campobasso which is easily accessed by car. I have chosen the room with castle view but was not given one with the view. the breakfast was ok not a lot to choose from though. also showers and toilet need a renovation.

The signage and the road to Hotel need to be upgraded. The heating in the room was not on and it was very cold. The sheets & pillow cases were old and stained and the only blanket was in the wardrobe which in Italy in mid November when the temperature drops to low degrees makes no sense. For the price charged I expected better also information in the room in English (supposed to be tourist hotel) would be of value.

It was good to have someone in reception waiting when I finally arrived. It was even better that they spoke English and promptly arranged some food & beverages, which were delicious.The view was also good in the morning.

In the details of the room, it was with balcony and view. Instead we didn’t have balcony and didn’t have a view. The person at front desk said it was a mistake in the description.

Nobody spoke English, and there wasnt an English version of the restaurant menu, we got by using Google translate. More signage on the approach to the hotel, there were a few double-back moments even following Google map directions.

Nice welcome at reception. We were travelling by motorbike and a storm was about to hit, and we were able to park the motorbike under cover. Amazing view from our hotel window. Great service in the restaurant and breakfast had lots of options for every taste.

To reach the hotel there are quite crazy hairpin turns … but we made it

We came on an awfully hot day and we appreciated the efficient air conditioning and the possibility to park a car under the roof. The staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the dinner, breakfast was ok as well
