A beautiful, comfortable apartment in the heart of Palermo. Paola was a fabulous host and cook, her breakfasts were delicious and made the stay even more memorable.

A sumptuous apartment with a gorgeous terrace and the most amazing breakfast. Great location - easy walking to all of Palermo's treats. Felt like royalty! Paula couldn't have been more helpful.

Nothing, exceptional experience.

Breakfast was a delight with more options than we ever see. We had cakes, croissants, wonderful fruits, eggs, cheeses, meat selections, biscuits, very good coffee and even more. Apartment location is in the very center of the city, short walks to restaurants or sights. Paula was a great host.

I endorse those and confine my comment this time to thanking our hosts for another wonderful stay. In particular- what a comfortable bed. Quite possibly the most comfortable bed ever!

Wow! What a wonderful experience having a huge part of a historic Palermo palazzo all to ourselves. Location perfect - in the Centro Storico but away from the crowds. Breakfast was royal. You descend 5 marble stairs into your private ballroom/dining room to fruit salad, eggs, bacon, bruschetta, avocado, pastries,...or have coffee on your private terrace. Paola was the perfect host. Best meals in Palermo were her restaurant recommendations.

Wow, it is like stepping into history and luxury! We loved experiencing Palazzo Life, if just for a few nights. Our gorgeous room was enormous and we had access to the dining room which became our own private salon for breakfast and a few work calls. The whole place is ridiculously over the top but exceptional authentic. There is an air of mystery and history in every piece of furniture and decor. Paola made sure everything was perfect—down to our morning coffee and custom fruit breakfast. We truly felt like Sicilian Royalty!

Hard to find the entrance from the street but not a problem as Paola was on hand and rang to assist.

The breakfast was superb and the host was very helpful. A very large apartment within a fascinating building, full of character. A quiet retreat within the historic centre.

We couldn't fault anything.

It was very spacious, very grand and royal. Location was amazing. We travelled by train. Which was only 6 minutes walk away. Paola, the host was very professional and has thought of everything. Her breakfast spread was probably the best we have ever had. I'm gluten free and she accommodated that very well.

There‘s nothing to complain about.

The suite is simply fantastic. It feels like spending time in a castle. The hostess is incredibly accommodating. She is always available to answer questions and check that everything is okay. The breakfast was top notch. There is nothing missing and the selection is great. There was a surprise for breakfast every day. Frankly, this is a place you want to be.

Breakfast....better impossible, location: walking distance to every place not much than 15 min Room size and decoration (it is a Palace), Access to the room by elevator, safety property. Parking in the same property. Same amount booking.com declare in terms and conditions. The best part is the personalized attention we received by Paola

Practically everything about this accommodation was gorgeous and incredibly special. The family made us so very welcome and even allowed us to invite our family whom we were visiting for a pizza supper which they kindly ordered for us. The breakfasts were superb and plentiful. The bed very comfortable. It was a stunning retreat and so quiet considering the central location. Altogether fabulous!

The only downside is that there are only two available accommodations, limiting the opportunity for our whole family to experience this wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Palermo! The stunning 500-year-old apartment was beautifully decorated with an array of pictures, old pieces, and portraits, which added to its charm. We had access to the main entry, living room, dining room, bedroom, and a full bathroom. The breakfast provided was superbly prepared and the dining room setup was done so professionally that we couldn't hear a sound. The location was conveniently close to various attractions, making it easily accessible. Thank you for everything!!

The only thing negative was our navigation found the location difficult .

The property is beautifully decorated and every detail is of a very high standard , beautiful cotton bed linen , comfortable bed , breakfast is amazing with a large selection of fruit , eggs , juice , pastries etc. I would return your Donna Guia suite when next in Palermo . I would recommend

Most comfortable beds and pillows I've seen in a hotel in a long time! The private balcony was very perfect, the room spacious, and we were so pleasantly surprised when we realised that the huge dining room was all to ourselves, so although this is a shared apartment, one has all the privacy one needs. Paola's breakfast is a delight and although it is a very lovely neighborhood, the accommodation per se is very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

A great opportunity to experience a 16th-century grand house in the centre of Palermo. This historic building surrounding a courtyard is like an oasis in the middle of the city. So quiet compared to the madness outside! The Donna Guia bedroom suite is seperate from the resident family's accommodation. Both bedroom and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room (for your use only) is vast and beautiful. The breakfast spread was vast too with a great selection of fruit, eggs, bacon, cold hams, cheese, and Italian cannoli. The private balcony overlooking the courtyard is separate from the bedroom suite - you get to it via a shared entrance hall. It's a lovely, quiet space for a glass of wine in the late afternoon. Donna Guia's location is in the heart of Palermo, close to the port, the Cathedral and a fantastic selection of restaurants in strolling distance. We parked the car safely in the courtyard for a few days which was a great bonus. Paola and Massimo are lovely, welcoming hosts too. Loved it!

This B+B was absolutely incredible! The space was beautiful, location excellent, and the hosts were exceedingly charming and helpful. Breakfast was really fantastic. My partner and I really had an excellent time staying here and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

It was a truly amazing and perfect stay. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful, and explained everything to us. Great people! The accomodation feels like a palace and the private parking spot is great if you travel by car. I want to state that the breakfast is truly outstanding and extremely delicious with a great variety of local food and dishes. I will definitely recommend this accomodation to my friends and family.
