Unfortunately, this specialty property wasn’t a great fit for us (at age 75). There is no elevator (Marta went above and beyond to help wrestle our luggage up and down the two flights of stairs). The stairwell is not well maintained and creates a negative impression. The main room of the suite is large, but there was no room for comfortable seating and little space to store luggage, clothes, etc.

Marta, the host, was exceptional. As pleasant and helpful as possible. The property is a short walk to the sea and lots of restaurants. A main train station is very nearby. Our suite was “over the top” with extras: a large hot tub, large sauna and Turkish bath/steam shower. All was clean and fairly well maintained, perfect for romantic activities, but ….

Amazing hosts, very communicative and reliable. Especially enjoyed the Turkish bath. The sauna looked lovely, we didn't end up using it because the weather was so hot, but it looked well kitted out. Even though it could have been difficult to find, we received detailed directions including screenshots, which massively helped. Breakfast was lovely, with delicious croissants and cappuccino.

We had a wonderful stay at Napoli in Relax! Marta was a pleasure to deal with—friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. She even arranged an early check-in for us, which was much appreciated. The room was stunning, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Marta went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and the port, yet just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center to truly relax. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay!

What a fantastic experience. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. The room and all it's amenities were prefect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Marta was very generous and attentive. We were able to check in early, she had decorated the room for the occasion and left us a bottle of sparkling wine. Every morning we had cold sparkling and still water bottles, fresh towels, snacks, and espresso pods waiting for us. Thank you for everything! It's something we won't soon forget.

If you are considering staying here, go for it as you will not regret it. This was truly the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and exceeded my expectations ! Firstly, the room was amazing and I could not fault it. The jacuzzi sauna and steamroom were super clean, easy to use. The bed was sooo comfortable. At Napoli in relax the host really thought of all the small details. We were given coffee , waster, a bottle of bubbly, disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers all included in the price. There was a smart TV with free access to Netflix. I thought this was amazing value for money. You receive a night in a private spa for the price of a hotel room. The host was so helpful and accommodating. They contacted me on WhatsApp minutes after I made my reservation and gave me clear instructions on checking in and the facilities and was at hand for anything that wr needed. I am absolutely blown away by how amazing this experience was. 12/10 !!!!

Lack of a bidet. There's a hose attached to the toilet that can get the job done, but the water pressure is too high and it was a bit uncomfortable to use. We could have used more towels, just a second set for each of us. I'm sure we could have asked, but we didn't think about it until the next morning when we realized we could have used more. Lastly, while the bed was very comfortable and I'm glad it was clean, the smell of the laundry detergent on the sheets was very strong. Almost too strong. These are incredibly minor issues we personally had, nearly non-issues. Otherwise our stay was amazing and we're keeping this place bookmarked for future visits.

Very close to the Metro and easy to get to. The hot tub, shower and sauna were AMAZING!! We had a hard time deciding what our favorite part of the room was. The projector screen by the hot tub was awesome. Brandon was incredibly helpful, giving us detailed instructions on how to get there and how to use everything (even the coffee maker) in the room. Speaking of the coffee maker, they had good quality coffee available. My partner and I are specialty coffee snobs, and we found it very drinkable. The snacks, water and wine in the mini bar were complimentary, and very much enjoyed. We were there celebrating our anniversary, and our room was decorated for the occasion! A very nice touch.

Loved Everything! Place was fantastic.

Let them know it was our 10 Year Anniversary and they decorated the room for our arrival. The room was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. The closeness to the metro station was great bonus. Having the ability to enjoy the hot tub or sauna in the comfort of your own room was amazing. Brandon, made sure there was nothing we needing during our stay, even gave us suggestions for local restaurants to visit. Check in and out was very simple. Will definitely have to stay here again if we visit Naples

The place was immaculate, comfortable, and romantic. Wish I had been there with my partner, it's a couples love retreat and a solo travelers spa! It's also in a nice location, I felt save at night.

Exceptional! After spending the day shopping it's just what the Dr. ordered! The host was verry responsive and accommodating. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was a lovely couple who helped me with my bags and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend for a relaxing pleasurable time!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel, it’s a hidden gem! from the outside it just looks like a normal building until you enter the hotel floor.

The traffic was very loud outside and there was a lot of noise from the hot tub. Air conditioning didn’t cool the room down enough and it was very warm.

The decor was amazing. The room was big and spacious. The hot tub, shower and steam room were great. The bed was very comfortable. The host was amazing and decorated the room with balloons and rose petals for us. He messaged many times and made sure we had everything we needed.

I must say everything was excellent. The location of the hotel was close to the train/tube station. The room was spotless. The host was friendly and very helpful. Excelent hospitality. We got to experience jacuzzi, sauna, and great shower room. The bottle of champagne was in the fridge waiting for us( as well as water) every day, snacks, and welcome sweet treat - all these as complimentary. Marta (the host) asked us for the reason for the trip. We said we celebrate our anniversary and she decorated our room for the occasion. Thank you, Marta ❤️ 1000% recommended!!

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs to get to the room.

The room was clean. The facilities were lovely. I couldn’t understand how to get the sauna to work as there were no instructions in English. This wasn’t a problem for us as we did not plan on using it. Our rep was at the end of a phone if we encountered any problems anyway, but perhaps instructions could be provided for English guests in future. The room had everything we needed.

The room had signs of damp but I guess that was from the steam room and hot tub so sort of understood why.

Our point of contact was called antoinetta and she went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Very professional. The room was as pictured when I booked so was not disappointed at all. Would highly recommend for a couples getaway definitely.

Not for those that struggle with steps or inclines, but that was not our challenge, so whilst you are nimble physically, do stay here ♡

The facilities are outstanding, we asked for a sea view room after booking a garden room and they moved us without any extra charges to a sea view that could not be any more sea view, the view was outstanding, dramatic and very private. All pools and jettty peninsula are absolutely beautiful, cater to guests' needs, a perfectly relaxing location if that's what you desire from a stay in Ischia ♡
